I believe just being authentic and letting others know the struggles of being an artist brings but sharing your story connects other people to you because they are more than likely going through the same thing. Nowadays UA-cam artist over sensationalize being an artist as if everything is always perfect and that’s not life. We are people we struggle like anyone else. I am so happy you posted this video. Literally I have been trying to get my art UA-cam channel to be consistent and try so hard to make UA-cam videos, however with college and losing motivation, it makes it complicated to stay on track. Also I can relate so much with trying to work hard to go viral. It becomes quite stressful to the point you lose the passion to have fun in the process. You are so motivating to listen to and this video was just the boost I needed. Another fire video 👑🔥🔥🔥🔥.
You got this I know that you can do it. I try to at least spend a hour a day trying to come up with ideas for videos. I learned just to stop trying to go viral and create good content that people needs. Try having a healthy mix of entertainment and education content that will help when it comes to producing content.

If you keep doing what everyone wants of you instead of what you want to do, that will always stress you out, because you're trying to meet their expectations which are never good enough and everyone will have something to say about whatever it is that you do. And pleasing everyone is impossible and is unrealistic. Not everyone is going to like it, not everyone has to like it, and that's ok. So if everyone is going to have something to say no matter what, then just do for you. Do what you like to do. Your fans of your work will be receptive of what you do. Show the process if you wish to. People do enjoy seeing the process. As an artist myself, you made me view things a bit differently and take different approaches on ideas. I'm not saying to not be open to thoughts and opinions of others, I'm just saying be careful of what you do take in. Don't look at your fellow artists as competition because they are running their own race in their own lane. Look at them as inspiration and keep pushing until your "inspiration" become your collaborators and work together. There is plenty for all of us to eat.

Do what you want to draw or create. Dont follow others and do the same thing. Leaders are better than followers. I like seeing art thats not what "everyone else is doing" Do you the people will come. Your Channel Banner Alone Is Dope
I try to do things differently from what other artist do. I’m still trying to learn to do the things that I like instead of trying to please the algorithm. I love my channel banner I feel that alone kinda set me apart from others
whats helping me rn with my content is pinning down dates im vending irl at to give myself a deadline to get products ready. but if its far, i flow by creating art when i feel like it. Heres a concept that you might find interesting ;D : your "genius" is that creative force within, doing a craft when you lose track of time. Basically your genius is your creative flowstate and on my days off I let it take over creating whatever the fk it wants. when im at work or at the cafe i use that time to take all that content my creative lil elf cooked up and see how it looks on a tshirt or tapestry, sticker. But i felt you when you realized you were focused hard about being like other youtubers and being a content creator. soon we get stressed about the stuff we make. we need to return to that natural flowstate and share the results, and attract the people who ARE out there who dig your content :)
I love your creative flowstate idea, thank you for sharing it! For me I stop trying to be like all the other youtubers and just do what I like and what inspires me and hopefully people will see it in what I create even the videos that I make.
You might be overthinking the mission. Expand your comfort zone. Challenge your love of art without brownie points. Reset your goals of each video. What do you want to accomplish? Be bold and seriously plan your targets.

Lets Stop trying to go viral and just make content for one small group of people that you know will buy your product. Give value to them. So what about doing content for corporate companies that you know will purchase your stickers in bulk? Attract them
You're right I had to get to a point to stop trying to go viral every time and put out content that I know will help my audience grow. Now I focus more on giving people value than just focus on going viral.
I too feel the pressures of full-time artistry and fatherhood 😔❤ Here's the conconclusion I've come to: If i saw my dad doing this stuff...i'd be incredibly proud of him. 🥹 You making a schedule and doing a variety of effort that helps you keep uploading and ENJOY what you're doing is a great move for longevity and growth.
That's exactly why I had to change it. The months in between waiting for a video without any different type content in between that will give people a chance to learn a little about me it made me feel like I wasn't being authentic and just doing videos to fish for views and that isn't who I am. Of course I want to do good on here but I also want to build a community by being authentic as well.
