Realistically it’s unlikely. A tech card that protects against tech cards isn’t as strong as a tech card that 100% counters like 10 cards and multiple decks entirely for 2 cost.

The Thor->Bill->Jane->Hammers+Odin, seems like a really clean combo.

Zoo has always suffered in the meta because one card (Killmonger) completely eradicates the archetype. Caiera Is gonna revive Zoo, bringing it back into the meta and allow it to get greedier than ever at the cost of its turn 3.

i think hecules can possibly make kingpin a lot better, you can move something out of the kingpin lane and into hercules lane and then they move back into the kingpin lane lol

I love how Beta Ray Bill scales up to 10 power, as in "The power or Thor".
Beta Ray Bill is my absolute favorite Marvel character. Seeing him join the game makes me excited
Miek = Meek. He was in Thor 3 and Endgame in the MCU I believe. He's Korg's buddy from the Sakaar colosseum
In the comics, he grows jealous of Hulk as the leader of Sakaar, and sets off a nuclear explosion, killing Hulk's wife, and making it look like the Illuminati did it, resulting in the events of World War Hulk.

Depending on the order you could trigger both White Tiger and Abs Man again. Something like 6 total Tigers (assuming you need and have space mid to trigger these again)

I suppose you can tuck Hercules behind Storm to prevent your opponent from sneaking power into the Flooded location, and have a Doctor Doom for later if you need more power yourself.
Miek = MEEK - he's that weird blobby critter Korg stepped on and "killed" at the end of Ragnarok. His art in card and in comics is ridiculously different than in the movie, but cool to see yet another niche character in the game! (Also, Mike is a pretty dope nickname for him, lol)

I feel like Skaar can also be good in Phoenix decks where Multiple man can easily get over 10 power with Forge or Nico
Thoughts on Hercules being busted, turn 3 human torch carnage, turn 4 Hercules, turn 5 iron fist phoenix force, then on turn 5 move torch to hercules location again and task master, so its 7-14-28-52-104 at 2 location, and that is without forge

there is maybe a funny play line to be had with kingpin in hercules cause folks try to protect high value stuff by playing to the kingpin lane... yank em out with polaris or magneto have herc wack em back. Too cute almost certainly... but... could be fun.

So to make sure I'm understanding correctly, if I have Wong mid, then throw down Ironheart which triggers twice, then I throw GM mid, Ironheart will go off twice again, then GM triggers again, then Ironheart triggers 2 more times?

It's a planet hulk themed Season Sakaar is hulks son and Caiera is his mother and hulks wife in planet hulk
Playing Goose on 2 then Calera on 3 to help with being Enchantess, but still gotta worry about rouge unless you cosmo...
I suspect Caiera will only protect against Alioth with revealed cards. If the opponent Alioth player has priority, then I don’t think Caiera will see the cost of your facedown cards in the Alioth lane.
Skaar could fit in a junk deck with typhoid and sentry, using zabu, alot of times you play those from turn 3 to 5. Maybe lockjaw would be better tho

Are you certain Alioth won't destroy unrevealed 6 cost cards with Caiera? Seems like it should but I don't know if unrevealed cards have a casting cost
The card isnt a six cost card until it's revealed it won't be protected by current ruling
I'm a little confused on the alioth doesn't effect 6 cost with caiera statement. In an unrevealed state without priority shouldn't alioth still kill your 1s and 6s?

Im curious if and how Caiera interacts with effects like that of Yondu. I assume Cai only protects cards in play, but Snap is a weird game sometimes.

Very hard combo to pull off, but kinda fun to think about:
Turn 3: magik
Turn 4: Wong
Turn 5: Black panther
Turn 6: A. Zola
Turn 7: grandmaster.
Even without a Wong this would still be good.
I think the Strom breaker should also affect Thor's power in any other way, if that happens Thor will be in meta for sure😂😂😅
I'm very curious with Grandmaster if mid is full, if it would still re-trigger the On Reveal effect. I suspect we won't actually know until it actually releases.
Also, would playing Grandmaster mid just be Odin for 2 energy

i dont think hercules can stop jeff due to his not being affected by anything like professor x, but i think hercules would be amazing in a phoneix deck, have a dead multiple man before 4, play hercules on 4, phoneix another location then ghost spider next to hercules to pull the phoneix, hercules hits the phoneix away but leaves behind a multiple man and by the end of 5 you have 3 8 power multiple mans that one can still move and make another dupe, it sounds too good to be true
Miek is a missed opportunity it could have been a 1 cost venom that absorbed the discarded power. A cheap Morbius isn’t bad though.

This should work without Lockjaw not sure it will be consistent though.
I would think Caiera wouldn't protect a card from Alioth unless you have priority. I would absolutely love to be wrong.

Doesn't "Miek" get the Power every turn again and again? Discard 1 card on turn 3 --> gets 1 extra Power after turns 3, 4, 5 and 6 --> Total 4 extra Power. The card text is ambiguous, am I wrong?

I think Miek can only get 1 power and move one time per turn. So no 6, 7 or more Miek, at best a 5 or 6 at that probably won't happen often.
Still a decent fun card to try out!
It literally reads "gain +1 power for each". I agree that it only moves once per turn.
