Thank you ( and your hubs) for providing clear explanations and demonstrations. I never thought I would have fun learning Photoshop but you guys make understanding it so easy.

Hey Tiffany! There are never any hard and fast rules, and for me RAW editing is included but retouching is really specific, not every image needs it and sometimes can take a long time so I do typically charge for it when it's really specific (like the example in the video). On the flip side, if I make a mistake and then need to PS it, I may eat that cost. If I am doing a shoot where I know there will be retouching involved, I usually tell the client and include it on my estimate to set expectations. Hope that helps!
Great question Sarah! I usually set expectations that my normal turnaround time is 14 days, so anything needed more urgently than that might attract a fee. This is also dependant on my workflow, so I might not always charge a fee if I have a lower workload. Anything within 72 hours though, I would charge a fee as I would need to drop everything to meet those deadlines. You could think about playing 35-50% of your half day rate as a base for 24 to 48 hrs.

Great question. Colour correction and toning are always included in my creative fee, (which would be full edits in Lr or C1). Hope that helps.
