Yes! With freelance jobs, you don't need to grind. Note that these jobs were already accessible in the former OnAir; they are now grouped on a single, simple interface page.
So far, hating it. I'm stuck on doing my first airliner job after renting a Jet, and the first mission it keeps giving me requires 3 cabin/flight attendants, which is 1 more than it gives you to start, and you can't hire another one until you level up. WTF is this BS?
If you choose to skip Onboarding mode and jump straight into Advanced Career, you’ll need to use your first free starting Skill Point on the "Hire Agreement" skill. This will allow you to hire new attendants. If you need further assistance, feel free to open a support ticket on our platform: onairhelp.zendesk.com/
Now nobody cares since mfs24 has his own career mode why would anyone want to pay you for a subscription? you should cut your price by 80% at this point.
The OnAir Advanced Career Mode offers a significantly deeper experience compared to the MSFS24 career mode and is tailored for players seeking a more immersive and complex gameplay style :)
Also FS2024's career is still have some bad bugs, not to mention it really strictly holds your hand from startup till shutdown sadly.....while I like the fact that the planes stay dirty and all, unfortunately it just too much of a 'tunnel' you have to go trough on every mission...you have no freedom in it
This is awesome as I want more freedom from a career mode. The fa24 career is awesome but restrictive and no multi-player aspect of it.
Nice video 👍
So i can start doing missions in my fenix a320 without the grind?

Because it's a damn sight better.
As is Air Hauler 2 or Pilot's Life.

@@TrueBlade-1889 That's right! Each of these career addons has its own unique playstyle and still holds its place alongside the MSFS 2024 career mode.
On-Air has more freedom and multi-player functionality, which fs24 career mode is lacking.
