The thing I liked about butterflix is that each Winx were given a power that is a combination of butterflix and the elements of nature, my favorite was Musa and her Melody of fairies, the designs were really good too but the transmission was lacking. But what got me so mad is the how each of the Winx members got butterflix and Roxy did it and she was presently there helping
The instrumental without the vocals is actually so beautiful lol and for some weird reason it makes me feel nostalgic, I just wish the newer seasons had more soul like the first 3 and I’m not talking plot wise or like transformation wise, I’m talking about the music especially since the first 3 seasons had such beautiful OST’s, what happened to that? And if you don’t get what I’m saying then go listen to some OST’s from season 1 and then listen to OST’s from season 6-7 it literally lacks any kind of soul or beautiful feeling, that’s what made me like Winx and that’s what made me like the first few seasons, though I get the people complaining about the plot but you don’t need to have the girls breaking their necks cause of a hurricane or have them dressed up in underwear for a good plot it’s really just about how enjoyable it is in general,especially the way the first phew seasons made stuff it was like they purposefully made everything for everyone, no one was too old or too young to watch Winx and everyone could enjoy it, but now it’s more about being “kid friendly” which is kind of sad cause it’s like I’m not even watching the same Winx anymore, like I’m not even kidding after season 4 it just felt like I was watching a different version of Winx from like a parallel universe or something like compare season 1 to season 8 and you’ll see what I’m talking about cause it doesn’t even look like the seasons are from the same series at this point 💀✋ and like I don’t even get the point with the animation, like I get animation needs to improve and stuff but there was really no need to change the art style, which is also what makes me mad cause it was especially the art style of Winx that made it so good it was just different from anything else out there and that really made it stand out, and now it just looks like any show from 2019-2022 that is meant for like 5-6 yr old girls , iginio straffi u flopped big time when u made the decision to produce seasons 5-6 with Nickelodeon.
yeah even in later seasons transformation music just slaps and even if opening an insert songs flop, transformation songs literally carry the soundtrack
