Not really beyond just making it easier to find the folder. In truth, folder management isn’t even really necessary in the same way as it was historically because the search facility is so good in outlook. For me, a combination of using a few favourite folders that I interactive with often and the search facility seems to work well enough.
Any particular advantages/disadvantages for having a folder at a higher or lower hierarchy? Does it impact on synch issues etc? TIA!

Any way to do this on web browser? unable to get my preferred folder to the top its at the bottom of all the useless folder
