Yeah, sure. You need to locate the project and reopen it in edit mode, and then remove the content. I know within the latest version of AE locating the project can be a little tricky, so searching by name might help. Just make sure you update the link if you do make changes (re-publish).

These options should still be there. Best to log into the web version and visit Settings > General > Appearance and under 'Themes', expand the 'Classic' group using the down pointing chevron to view other themes. I'm not on my mobile at the moment but I suspect the option should be there too! Hope this helps :)

@@Andy_Todd Thanks for responding. The option for other appearances came back a few days after I posted here, so I'm now back to my original look - phew. I guess it was a glitch of some sort.

Also, web version has 10 different background images you can choose from, while the app only has 5. Dang. haha

Strange one. I know that I've had issues with some fonts in the past doing the same thing, sadly. It seems like it might be a bit of pot luck as to which font sets it can embed and which is can't!

Totally agree. Sometimes MS do the weirdest and silliest things. I also don't like the fact that there is a character limit to a template but it doesn't actually show the limit when constructing a template. I think their template tool could do with a fair bit of work!!

Strange. Go to 'Apps' at the bottom right of the app and choose 'Contacts'. This should allow you to see it (assuming we're talking about the mobile app here). If we're talking about the web app (that this video demonstrates), just click on People > All Contacts to see your list. Hope this helps :)

It's difficult to offer help without seeing your screen I'm afraid. The only thing I can think is that you're trying to delete a file from the 'Recents' list rather than the 'My Files' area, so it may be an already deleted file still visible in the list or a file you don't have ownership of.

@Andy_Todd I go directly to the OneDrive and delete a folder but it will not go away. Even after refreshing and/or opening a new instance of it

Might be wrong but pretty sure those deleted from drafts are gone for good!

Yeah, that delay always happens. I notice this often when teaching Canva and in particular, showing people how to copy the content. I'm going to create new and updated Canva videos soon so keep your eyes peeled for them!

Not really beyond just making it easier to find the folder. In truth, folder management isn’t even really necessary in the same way as it was historically because the search facility is so good in outlook. For me, a combination of using a few favourite folders that I interactive with often and the search facility seems to work well enough.

Yes, sadly even if you select only a couple of specific contacts and then choose Export, it will still export a list of all contacts, which is silly. Re the options within the menu - I have them all but only certain options are enables. This is to do with the type of contact as some of these options are for groups rather than individual contacts.

Hey. I’ve suggest probably downloading the folder(s)/file(s) and the re-uploading to OneDrive personal. Not sure of any other way to move to another account off the top of my head. The alternative to to share with editing rights but those files will still be stored on your business account, just accessible though your personal. That’s also dependant on your businesses sharing permissions for external. Download and upload would be the best method here. Hope that helps!

To create a new contact, simply open 'People' and then click on 'New Contact'. Add the details for your contact and the save. Once you've created the contact, you should be able to add to the Contact List.

Yes, I think they've updated the interface and moved some options around, so looks like a new video is needed. For reference, you can find the template option by opening an email and going to 'Apps > My Templates'. Hope this helps!

Nice one - glad it helped. You'll need to open it within AE and then use the background removal tool within there to make some tweaks...which will require an account. This will allow you to re-add the part(s) that was removed.
