Very beautiful, your garden is such a lovely and relaxing sanctuary. I look forward to all of your videos. My sincere condolences on the passing of your father.
Olga, so very sorry for the loss of your dear father. Such a hard thing to go through. I am praying for the Lord’s comfort for you and your family in your loss and grief. I’m sure your garden is very happy to have you home again, and so are your viewers. 💝 Can’t wait to see the roses in full bloom very soon!!
Olga. Thank you for sharing your garden in both its beauty and with the unfinished bits. That’s how our gardens are. Always a chore to do or ones we missed. Your garden is authentically yours and so beautiful. I always learn something from your work. So sorry your trip back home was for such a sad reason. Hugs to you.
My condolences on your father's passing. Your garden looks wonderful and so lush. I look forward to seeing ALL the roses in their full glory soon! God bless.
Welcome back, and I’m sorry for your loss. 😕 I’m so happy to have found your channel! I have a tendency to stress and be hard on myself this time of year because I always want to be further along than I am, so it is comforting to see that you are in the same boat!
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your father, Olga. Love touring your garden. Such a peaceful and relaxing place. Can't wait to see all of your beautiful plants in bloom, especially the roses.
First of all - I'm sorry for your loss. I hope your family stays as safe as possible (as much as it's possible now in UA). I'm also from Ukraine, and my heart will always belong to our Motherland. All the sweet memories from my childhood come to mind when I see plants that are popular in Ukraine, such as Kalyna (guelder rose or snowball viburnum) and Porichka or smorodyna (currant). Thank you so much for your blog and your very inspiring gardening videos!
Olga, My sincere condolences on your loss, gardening is a wonderful way to cope. Your lovely tour made me laugh as I also have so much to do this spring. I hope you appreciate your CT climate, I used to live in Ridgefield and miss it now that I’m in MI, not much different but a bit harsher. Take care.
Aww, you are welcome. I had a treat as well: I didn’t see my garden getting green in spring, and after my arrival back home, I took a quick look and… awww.. it IS beautiful!
Olga, Your voice is as soothing as your garden. You are a joy to listen to as this is my first year gardening after wishing for one since I got married 10 years ago. We finally have space for one. I planted 3 bare root David Austin several months ago among a vegetable garden. So far so good! Thinking of you during this difficult time.
Thank you so much for your kind message. I had a good trip to Ukraine and was happy to be with all the family there. Good luck with your brand new garden! How exciting!
I’m sorry to hear about your Father’s passing, Olga 💙. Sending best wishes to you and your family. Thank you for sharing your advice, your positive, calm energy and your delightful garden with us. I enjoy every video! 😊🌿🌷
Dear Olga, I'm so sorry to hear about your father and send loving thoughts to you and all of your family. Your garden is as beautiful as ever and I'm sure it will provide you with comfort as you tend to the things you will be taking care of.
Dear Debra, thank you so much for your kind words. I had a very good trip despite all the sad news. And this year garden did its life without me all right! I look forward to all the blooms as well!
Ah, I’m sure your trip to Ukraine was bittersweet! ♥️ Your Jacob’s ladder is gorgeous!! My friend Lynsi loves hers and was telling me about it but sadly it I don’t have shade 😑 Not sure when you filmed this but I was expecting to see your roses looking fabulous considering that you are a zone 7. My roses here in 6a are mid spring flush, I’m especially enjoying Lady of Shallot and Poseiden. It’s been an odd year… we are about 20 days ahead of “normal”. Glad to see they are coming tho! Can’t wait to see them in your garden.
Very interesting! My roses here in CT are still opening their first blooms. Definitely a week earlier than 2 years ago, but not as fast as yours! Talking about micro climates, right?
@@OlgaCarmody I’m beginning to wonder if that’s not it-a microclimate. Then again my sister in law’s roses bloomed the same time. She lives 20 minutes away. Or our area might just have gotten really lucky this spring. I do not expect it to be this way every year but who can say.
I've just joined your channel ...what a stunning garden you have ..I absolutely love your flower detailing on your house ! Did you paint it yourself? I'd love to do something similar on my cottage....❤
Love the way you grow tear ivy . Love to know where you got it. I have lots of ivy on my 6 acres, here in the east side of Connecticut. It will be great as a privacy area I have .
My condolences to you during this time of grief Olga! So nice of you to show us your beautiful and lush gardens!

Happy Summer to you as well, Carol!
Lovely! At 15:36 a little bird flies out of the birdhouse:)
You are right, I didn't even see that! How cute!
@@OlgaCarmody I think it's a sign of a happy and healthy garden when the birds set up their homes there.

Sorry for your loss. I remember you mentioning him in some of your videos. Praying for comfort for you and your family
Thank you! Yes, my father built a fence in out garden and that new bird house is made by him as well.
Beautiful! My old wood hydrangeas didn’t bloom last year, either. It’s looking good, if I can keep the deer away.
Yes, good year for hydrangeas as well. Thank you!

Deepest sympathy on the loss of your father.
So hard to loose a parent 😢. Sorry Olga
Is there a flower that reminds you of your father?
Hm, maybe white peonies, which are growing near the fence he built for us in the garden....
@@OlgaCarmody It's wonderful that you have the fence and the peony as a way to remember him..

Oh, I am jealous in a good way - 6 acres! I should be your neighbor! We are thinking to move to Eastern CT, maybe one day.
