currently for who its addressed to is a little more. Example: c+e extra (freights arent scheduled so theres always an extra) csxt 1131 at cp brown.

Can I ask where you got the blank Form D? Is it available online or did you make it up? Thanks for sharing and stay safe. Maurice

I found that form D a while ago on some web site. I can't find it now. It looks to me that someone printed at a form d out of the NORAC handbook and pasted the conrail logo on it. I have not been able to find any evidence that Conrail used form D's with the logo on it. I just do it because it looks good.
