I’m so happy I found someone that actually has a work outside of fitness! It seems like everyone else I follow just do fitness for a living, they go to the gym whenever they want and for how long they want. I have a full time job I can spend 10hours a day at my desk, I wake up at 5 to have the pleasure of an almost empty gym. My bf thinks I’m old school because I’m in bed by 9. Thank you for being so real and relatable, it makes me even more motivated! Bisous from France!

I wouldn't put a label on how I eat - I just intuitively eat and see what my body likes.. it changes. Basically I eat majority whole foods and no refined sugars.
my dad tries to tell me protein isn’t ideal for fat loss and that lifting weights won’t help me lose weight when really he’s uneducated as hell! 🙄
