Completely agree..... don't listen to the trolls who replied. A budget player lol who tf wants to spend 300 a month just to keep up with the amount of releases. This year they've released way too much. 5 sets in one month with the lob-ioc reprints. Seems like the only people who don't complain are the ones born with a silver spoon in their mouths.

This literally takes me back to the very beginning of Yu-Gi-Oh where every pack got you excited for one reason or another. This has me shook in the best of ways. Easily, and without a doubt the best set of all time.
I think the older style Ultimates are the best rarity so would love to see those return at some point
Same here. My favorite rarity even if it was hard to pull them. Don't like the rarity replacement they are currently using. They look like a mess imo. We kind of had a preview of these in The 2015 tins and they didn't look great.
They were beautiful, but way, waaayyy too flimsy to be played in decks in my opinion. I have a feeling there isn't a way to print the cards to look like the old style rarity and not compromise the card quality.

I have watched 4 of these new set unboxings. CK, yours was the best--- and by that I mean I thought you were the one who did the most homework and knew the new rarities. Major props to you, I hope Konami keeps sending you the early openings.

Not even addressing how gorgeous the new ultimate and collectors look, the quality of all openings so far look imaculate, truly you have smashed it with this set, a similair set just like this as an annual set with all that years meta relevant and staple cards in all rarities just like this would be awesome
I really hope Konami does more of this, it’s nice to have staple cards be affordable.
Easily 1 of the best sets ever made, players and collectors want variety. There are super rares for players on a budget, and high rarity for collectors. However, I realize this is a special 25th anniversary set and standard sets won't have as much variation. Going forward I think they should just add the new rarities in the set pool.
Hopefully they finally use OCG rarities distribution for core set but finger crossed. Thrust and SP costs pennies there
Amazing set. I usually just buy singles but I’ll definitely be buying a few of these. I do think that there’s a few too many new rarities at once though lol. It makes it difficult to tell which rarity is which.

Very good set. Alot of good staple cards that budget players need thier hands on easier. Also love the fun distribution of rarities. Super cool. Very good job konami!
This set is so hype, it feels like it checks boxes for every type Yu-Gi-Oh consumer. Getting a set like this like once a year or every 2 years would be be nice. This kind of set would even work for reprinting older cards for the time wizard formats.

This is the best set ive seen in a long time. Konami really did a good job because it levels the playing field for all players. I really like yugioh style product over these last couple years (tins, ghost from the past style sets etc.) Because they are small enough where they have made great gift to children and im able to get multple instead 1 bulky product. 👍🏽👍🏽

Konami, PLEASE increase the odds of getting a Quarter Century Secret Rare for the OCG too. For the Rarity Collection Quarter Century Edition, you can only get one Quarter Century Secret Rare PER BOX. Meanwhile, CyberKnight pulled multiple Quarter Century Secret Rares off of a single box of 25th Anniversary Rarity Collection, the TCG version of that set! Your OCG collectors would REALLY appreciate it! I know I would. Thank you for reading.

Love this set. The collectors ultras look slightly metallic. Just need old school Ultimates and Ghost Rares and set is perfect
I love this set a ton as a more casual player. This is absolutely unbelievable. They definitely should do this way more often to keep staple prices low and high rarity cards of certain archetypes from being outrageously expensive. This specifically gives me a high rarity dark law finally accessible for me as a hero predaplant player I also get dragostypelia in a higher rarity for cheap. I love that they brought back platinum secret as well but I wish it was just slightly more like the old one. I live the new prismatic ultra/ultimate. The quarter century secret is amazing as well. Looking forward to pick up some of the set possibly and definitely will be picking up singles
They put the right number of cards in this set for there to be enough variety to have diverse packs and pull play sets out of a box. My favorite rarity is still secret rare.
Suggestions:
Rarities: DASA style Ultras
Cards for next year: Princess Cologne, Aromaseraphy Jasmine, Rikka Queen Strenna, Rikka Princess, Cyber Dragon (w/alt art), Cybe rEnd Dragon (w/alt art), Traptrix Sera, El-Shaddol Construct (w/Alt art), Alesiter the Invoker (w/Alt art) Elemental HERO Stratos (w/alt art) and Numbers that were only printed and Common/Rare
Other feedback: might be worth consolidating the side sets into Biannual Deck Build packs, one import only set for BOL and either one or two Rarity Collections per year. Relatedly if you're planning on products like Hidden arsenal Chapter 1, it would be a good idea to have them be like this pack with the rarity distribution but with their own twists (alt name colors and DT foiling) depending on the product.
i like there being so many easy to get high rarity cards but its getting hard to keep track of and tell some a part but that red eyes flare and change of heart looked so cool
This set sounds amazing, Konami. Please consider releasing more sets of this type
All the cards look super amazing and was going to pass on this set until I saw you're video definitely got me interested in getting this set
this and the deck build sets are what i like as a casual player and i genuinely liked duel devastator from three years ago as well

The TCG needs more products like this, just the fact to get lots of good playable cards in different rarities is so rad.

Everything in this set looks incredible. For me, I’m looking for Lava Golem, Ash Blossom, and Egyptian God Slime the most but I would honestly be satisfied with whatever. Amazing set, good job Konami.

I have so many good thoughts about this set.
Amazing staple reprints. The previous anniversary products were more catered towards old school players and collectors, but this one appeals to both players and collectors perfectly.
How vocal Konami is being about receiving feedback. I've never seen them so interested in the reception of their product like this, and I think its a great sign. This product is obviously a new thing for western customers and if the reception is good, we may see more of it in future, like how the OCG gets a rarity collection often.
Another great OCG practice is cards being available in multiple rarities from the same pack. It lets people get the cheaper option of the card if they want, or spend more for the better rarity if they can afford to.
If I had to list a couple of cons, it would be the price increase for this set, but it's honestly one I'm fine with. CyberKnight is also right about Ghost rares being excluded. It's a shame to see them left out as they are included in the OCG product. Also I do wish there were some more iconic cards in the set rather than just meta staples, but as I said before, the other anniversary products (Legendary Collection and Dueling Heroes tin) have catered to that, so it's understandable.
This is a step in a great direction and I really hope we see this product again soon!
Imo, this is a huge W, that Konami of the TCG did. Doing what the OCG does, with different rarity and on top of that, all the cards can be different rarity. This, I am hyped to get.
For sure the best yu gi oh set in the history of the TCG.
The multiple rarities you can get of each card makes opening each pack very fun.
And you can actually pull the high rarties by the looks of it with reasonable odds.
If every box is like this, this is set will be Potentially the best reprint set of all time

MTG and even OCG Yu-Gi-Oh cards come in multiple rarities. It makes the game more playable and affordable to the average player but gives the dedicated players something to collector or bling out there decks. Keep this up and even bring it into normal sets.
The set is nice just wished it had more cards that are actually relevant to the meta game and casual
Ooh Ghosts would be great! Would it be too much to ask to get the old 3D-style ghosts over platinum secrets? This set is amazing though and so are the rarities.
Saw the card list and the only card I remember was Change of Heart. I wish they brought back a lot more of the 2002-2004 cards. These sets are ok but not enough for me to spend good amount of money on. The 25th booster packs are more my style 😎
Release one set of this a year and like 5 core sets. Add ghost as a rare chase for this set. I'm hyped and pre ordered already.

Fantastic set and I'm really excited to get this when it comes out! Also great video like always and personally I feel like the lighting is great; the cards look well lit without much glare to them.
Konami, my one critique is you should have gave us the same Platinum rare that the OCG got. Those were gorgeous but the TCG ones are lack luster and I'm personally going to feel bad pulling 1 instead of a QCR now. Everything else tho, you guys KNOCKED it out of the park. I'm extremely excited for this sets release.
It would be interesting if there were some new cards in this set instead of repeats but, while the majority would go after the short print secret rare cards printed from previous packs, Sphere Mode Ra and Number 100 for me.
The thing I'm amazed the must is the quality control, the centering of all the cards look immaculate. Apparently, the card stock is the Japanese too
Another amamzing idea is that every card is every rarity. Makes getting cards you need cheaper if you dont mind the lower rarity. Another excellent idea for budget players 👏
I love what Konami did with this set. It's actually worth while to buy some sealed product! I would love to see a chase ghost rare, one that's very hard to pull...perhaps one in every case ratio. It would boost sales and also add to the excitement to pull it
A set like this every couple years would do so much for the game. I really hope this sells well to give Konami the incentive to make stuff like this in the tcg more often.
This is a big money move from Konami for sure! It fights 3 of their battles, providing everyone with the excitement and enjoyment of having these rarities, makes themselves huge profits, and saturates the community market so no one can really 1-up Konami in sales of a certain card because there'd be too many of them. Doubtful any card in the set would be worth more than the booster box itself at least after it's first week or 2. (Assuming we aren't talking about grade 10 cards out of the set)
can't wait to see where the prices for all these cards end up. Based on pre sale this would be an insane resale value from this box. Do you think the QCR will crash more being multiple per box or say the $2 supers go to under 50 cents?
Such great pulls. It's sick that you got so many Egyptian God Slime. This was the God Slime box. That's what I'd want the most from this set for my Winged Dragon of Ra/Marik deck.

I bought the Korean version of this set a while back & got the ash blossom as a quarter century rare which is awesome since only one quarter century is guaranteed. I still wanna get this set but when I have enough funds to buy lol
Good thing we are getting 3 QCRs per box. That's a good sign. Personally not a fan of the new ultis and CRs. They should have just kept old ultis and included Ghost rares. This is still nice though. Finally, a set with multiple rarities for chase cards so a big step in the right direction. Accessible super and ultra staples for budget players, and high rarity for collectors.
I'm already loving this set, I hope this keeps going for future sets

This is possibly a good set of reprints with a few new extras.
All rarities look good except the Quarter Century rares. The Ultimate and Collector rares are my favourite

Great reprint set but man Konami cheeped out on the foiling of the platinum secret rares, collector’s rares and the ocg ultimate rares
This set is game changing. So so many players are going to be able to amp up their deck and lots of these expensive staples are going to lose value, putting everyone else just that much further and more “evenly matched” haha. Can’t wait to get myself out there and compete

Great product, def the best set since years, last time we had this value maybe duel devestator.
Would be nice if konami TCG finally use OCG booster rarity, so we have super secret options for staples and such.
Based on price, this is a set I'll be buying boxes of cause it looks like an awesome reprint set
Overall I can say that this will probably NOT totally kill the value of original high rarity prints.

Personally, I think collectors got left behind a bit here. The only card I really want from this set in multiple rarities is Ancient Fairy Dragon. Would’ve been cool to see some older cards get reprints in new rarities!
I.....I can see the future.....I mean I leaved a comment about what Kunami can do to make tcg better and in there I said they coul make a set with only expensive cards in multiple rarities to be good for both casual players and collectors......I'm glad they made this..

I don't play yugioh anymore but seeing "ultimates" made me preorder a whole case. I agree with cyberknight bring more ghost rares back. I only collect now and the chase is always fun.

OCG Ghost rarity is wayyy better than what we get for ghosts. Would have loved to have seen that.

It’s basically a gold mine for staples that bling up your deck and mess up your opponent at the same time I really want to get some in order to get the staples I’m missing and anything leftover I can trade for the cards I still need for my salamangreat deck build I had in mind for a while and some of them are also in the booster box

Gorgeous set. I preordered 2 cases. Going to be my first official opening if my mic and gear arrive prior to shipment. Tried to order a 3rd case but they're sold out in case form now. You mentioned wanting to see a Ghost Rare - if Konami is reading this, PLEASE release a Ghost Rare of Guardian Eatos. One of my personal favorite cards. Just NOT in a Legendary Duelist set please 😂

Perhaps. I'd be okay with that. Maybe a Gold Series: Haunted Mine 2? Or a brand new Collector's Rare set with Eatos as the only Ghost Rare in the set? Whichever way it needs to happen, just preferably not a Legendary Duelists set 😁
