Cops in San Diego and LA California have 45 mph ebikes, Oceanside 40 mph but all 3 cities have dirt bikes. Not that kids in Cali don't run away in Surrons. It's just some cites are getting move savy and catching them. Then there's my town 😂, where a deputy crashed his unit chasing a kid on a talaria after a collision with Pedestrian at Christmas parade. Kid was caught cuz led the cops to his house where he crashed in his yard 😅😅😅
