Make zero-power-core sailboats! Sailboats are hard because, at their simplest, they are two airplanes stuck together. They also only work on the High Seas map. However, building a sailboat that sails faster than the wind has been one of my proudest accomplishments in this game.
Nano's Boat rocked! It'd be a hell of a Scout Vessel! :D
I love the variety in the builds this challenge created! I wonder how 0-core land or air challenges would work.
Last I remember, 0 Power Core Air often = "Ornithopter"... 0 Power Core Land, might be interesting to see...

Challenge idea for you Yzuei, a slow-race. You and some friends simply design a boat, and then give the design off to someone else to race in. Noone uses their own design. Last person to cross the line wins for the vehicle's designer, NOT the pilot. Usual block limits and powercore limits apply. Unarmed racers only, dont want someone shooting the engines of their own design off to gain an advantage! And NO-CONTACT. No ramming to do damage or to throw someone off course.
(but wont this make for a slow, boring race?) No! Since everyone is piloting someone else' design, they'll want to go as fast as possible to eliminate the designer of the boat they're piloting so that their own design finishes last.

I found a way to go 240 MPH on water using no power cores its vey simple, just get hinges and make then turn 5 degree's and put wings on htem and spin it really fast with 5 spinning servos, youll need 2 propellers tho to counter the torqe

that's a bit difficult, trailmakers wheels ca't be spun with servos. I guess they could do walking tanks 🤔

make a battlebot fight but where you must use melee weapons like hammers chainsaws or piston powered fight gloves etc. and where you can go melee once you lost your melee weapon
You can't really build a chainsaw in trailmakers. Even the Battle of I built is more of a hedge trimmer

so... i have a really old 0 power boat from near the first version of the game. it hits 100 kmph and from what i can find by racing in the island tour, is probably the fastest 0 power boat to not use glitches, seeing as the other racers ahead have the exact same design and look really weird. the problem? it's stupidly large, nears the complexity limit, needs a 10 block long, not deep, long rudder to even turn at a decent pace, and is mostly so large because it needs a crap ton of weight and floatation devices in the rear to keep from flipping over. bionic boats are hard once you try to actually build for speed.

Okay someone explain how Nanos work? If it's a glitch of some sort then his wins shouldn't count. It's honestly just annoying watching.
Alright let me demistraight for you, 1 servo spins at 16mph.
Nano put a servo on another servo and made ot spin 32mph, then he repeated that until complexity limit.
That's a very crude and oversimplified explanation, but ill keep it that way in case you want to reverse engineer it and build one of them yourself
