I love how you walk around from time to time. One of my biggest triggers (and one of the first ASMR experiences I can remember) is someone walking around me. Hearing their steps and just feeling their presence is so calming to me.

Matilda Åkesson have lavender oil near you and have one of those lavender diffusers on and running when you get the cramps. I don’t know how it works exactly but it doesn’t take long and the cramps go away ☺️
Plus lavender is relaxing ☺️
I'm right there with you. Cramps make me want to curl up in a ball and die. But that's not always possible 😕 hope they are better in the morning

What's funny was when she was talking about the brain's amazing ability to filter sounds, and me thinking about my own brain's difficulty to do that very task. I have an auditory processing disorder, so for me filter out background noise can be hard. But layered ASMR are one of my favorite triggers!
Also, to all of the other questions she asked in the beginning (do you wear headphones a lot, is your hearing sensitive, do you like being in lousy environments) were all very relevant for an auditory processing disorder!

@@WhispersRedASMR that's very sweet! I thought of asking before but I'm not the norm so most people would probably be like "oh wtf!" I'm deaf in my left ear. I was born this way. My right ear is not above average and I mainly read lips. I can hear just fine on that side but when things around me are noisy it's just easier to read lips instead of screaming "what?!" over and over. 😬

I had a hard time adjusting to ASMR that had speaking, but it is thanks to you and another that I now find them vital. The more "familiar" things still bother me and I avoid them, like when a person peppers in many words of praise and affection, but this warm and open friendliness is lovely. It helps ease the loneliness, which is more than I could have ever asked for.

Hello my beautiful and lovely sweet Emma💜. The only sound I need to help me fall asleep is your beautiful soothing voice. Don't get me wrong, I love the other sounds you put in your videos as well, especially the way you tap on things😉, but your voice is what soothes me the most. You never fail to relax me and you always make me feel so safe and loved through your videos. I know I'm going to love this video as well. I love the ear treatment role plays you do. Just last night I watched that ear candling video before going to bed. You soft voice in that video is just what I needed last night to help me calm down and fall asleep. You're my miracle worker. Ivelis Morales She's definitely my miracle worker. She's always so kind, loving, gentle, motherly, and more in her videos and that's why I always turn to her. She never fails to relax me. I'd also have to say she's literally my life saver. If it weren't for her, I may not even be here today. Just before I found her channel, I was literally thinking about ending my life because I was always in severe chronic pain and knowing I'm not able to do the things I used to do anymore or things I've wanted to do, it really brought me down. I felt I was at my rock bottom until I found her channel. She gave me the reason to keep going through her videos. She shows so much love in her videos and I absolutely feel it. I feel more love from her than I do from anyone else and that's what keeps me going.
@@jenniferhassell369 I understand exactly how you feel. Living with chronic pain steals everything that was once normal. Discovering ASMR has truly been life-changing. I have accommodations at work and work in the Operating Room. My doctor gave me a note to take to HR for a request to be able to listen to ASMR while at work. He indicated that it reduces my chronic pain a great deal and it truly does.
It's nice to hear that ASMR helps you as well.
