This is great Jennifer. I tried it out with a leadership team yesterday (asking what had most surprised them). It led to a very meaningful conversation for them - triggered by the last question ("What are we not talking about?"). I'll use this again.

At the risk of making an obvious point (or asking an obvious question): with distributed teams WFA, the process would require some investment in logistics to allow participants to scribe responses, and some a simple process/procedure that would support remote participants, right? Can you share any top tips for a distributed team using the complexity check-in?
