I LOVE that you gave a history lesson on what you’ll be helping us create. It really demonstrates that you understand what it means culturally & respect that rather than just have a “mandala theme” series or “mandala inspired” like other people do. Thank you so much for that!

Very much looking forward to this series. I have to admit I get bored easily and have several WIPs because of this. But mandalas are ever-changing! I’m excited!

Annie Delgado Thank You so much. I did just that and it’s endless. I can’t wait to get started! They are so cute. I wanted to make a bedspread and have been searching for something. A Mandala would work so nice. Hope I can do what’s in my mind lol

I still don't get the "it" thing about Mandelas. I see a circle with intricate patterns and well chosen color placement. I think they are gorgeous, but not relaxing to make. I have to think so much harder crocheting in a circle and constantly lose my place. I really wish they came easier to me. 😶

A true mandela is round representing the circle of life, friends, and family. But, if you want to make the pattern into a square, I guess that's up to you. The colors and patterns are beautiful in any shape.

I put it together wrong. I have to pull it apart and refilm how to sew it together right. I had to pull it down until I get time in the schedule to redo it.

I don't off hand. It's a very sacred item. So I won't have a pattern for that. You might want to try Ravelry.

You can take any mandala or circle design and attach it to a hoop :)
You can then crochet around the hoop to hide it if you want and add all sorts of decorations and handles!
