- Our birth story! Robin came early so it was kind of a stressful adventure we weren't expecting but so absolutely worth it. this is the whole story and a life update :) happy to be back!

After losing my first pregnancy, then getting pregnant again and luckily giving birth to my son, that sense of "too good to be true" is always there. He is almost 10 months old and I still look at him and think to myself, wow is this really real!?? Life is so beautiful but also so rough. SO much love to you and your beautiful family Leigh Ann. I am so happy for you.

As someone with autoimmune disease you absolutely made the right choice going the surrogacy route. My second pregnancy ramped up my MS and I am still trying to get it under control. It makes me happy to see you grow your family without having to take the risk.
I’m so sorry you’re going through it. I hope it can get calmed down soon but I know that’s much easier said than done 💙

Your girls have the absolute best parents! I am currently pregnant with my second little boy. We had a rough go with our first as well. He had the cord wrapped around his neck and had to be resuscitated. We couldn’t keep his blood sugar up or get him to eat. In less than 24 hours after his birth he was flown to a bigger hospital about 2 hours away. I was super lucky and my doctor allowed me to leave less than 24 hours after giving birth to be with my baby. Having to drive 2 hours away and walk through a hospital to get to him was rough. But he was so worth it. He is now a perfectly healthy 1 1/2 year old. I am so nervous for this birth but watching this video made me so hopeful that everything will be just fine. Hopefully we can also have a nice boring hospital stay! I just want to be able to enjoy my boy ❤
