THE BEST DEFENSIVE PLAY SINCE OUR SUPERBOWL IN 2012. If you’re a raven you know what Washington has gone through, and frankly what we’ve gone through this season with 32, to get to this moment. What a moment. What a play. What a raven Ar’darius is.
This goal line HIT STICK has officially entered Ravens legend. 29 is a true PLAYMAKER. And that playcall was a thing of beauty, from 44 to 29 to 25. Absolute beauty. Urban and Ojabo with the big assist on the 44 Mixon tackle. That was a great play team D play.
Remember watching Ar’darius in college, on an October Saturday… and I recall the analysts repeatedly mentioning how Washington, despite his size, was a “football” player with instincts that you can’t teach… “how it comes from playing football, and understanding the game” Many times I’ve heard Ed Reed, mention how some guys are just football players and understand how to play. From that moment on, I thought, man this guy needs to be a Raven… now of course many fans of the game say this while watching great football players… but with Washington, he just plays this way, and you can tell he just loves football. I was super excited when the Ravens picked him up as an undrafted guy… he epitomizes what it means to “play like a Raven” if you ask me !
I just don’t see it with Marlon contacting the back hip on the DPI. I see the hand. I don’t see the penalty. The penalty is in the receiver just going limp and falling to the ground if you ask me
I with it on a no call, as was Gene Steratore, but my biggest gripe as a fan is that the refs are grossly inconsistent on p.i. calls. Likely got mugged in last seasons title game on Lamar's I'll advised throw. I say if there's no p.i., Likely makes that play based on what we've seen of him! But that's water under the bridge now🤦🏾♂️
That play around 5:38 where Ro was dropping. I think it was intended for him to get to the first down marker and eliminate the deeper receivers route that way he could keep everything thats open in front of the first down.
I can’t help but look for parallels to our previous SB years we won. In 2012, we had Pernell McPhee play great football at inside linebacker, followed by Paul Kruger getting really key sacks, and Corey Graham snagging (2) INT’s against Peyton Manning Just the low key players on D that made the SB run special. I find Ar’Darius Washington, Brent Urban, Travis Jones, and the key adjustments Zach Orr, starting to bear similar establishments for our post -season success.
I said it on November 8th that young bull from Louisiana needs to replace Marcus and the next game he was at free safety, it’s like they heard me and when we got him from being undrafted I said we low key found our future free safety…
Superbowl winng teams need Washingtons and Irvines making their contributions. A.W. is the secret sauce to this Defense. Usually when a defender comes from 15 YARDS AWAY, to make a hit like that, they knock themselves out of the game, but not Mighty Mouse!🤣🤣🤣
@all_22_films We gotta get your video duration down to ten minutes. Great content, let’s get some more Lamar, Derrick Henry, Justin Tucker content next. I’ve got a video idea: What did KC do to stop Lamar and the Ravens last year, and what does Reigning 2x NFL MVP Lamar Jackson and King Henry need to do to BEAT KC and bring the Vince Lombardi trophy back to Baltimore? 😈🏆💍
Ar’darius Washington is a baller!!!

Good to see Ojabo stepping it up in the run game
#1 run defense in the NFL.
I LOVE Brent Urban! True definition of a guy that just shows up and does his job. Good on you for showing him love, Coach.

Seems like defense is communicating and playing correct leverage.
100%. Agree.

100%. I agree Josh. Bail out call that ONLY gets called in the "modern game" that is really beyond soft at this point.
I don't know how you're supposed to cover a WR when the WR can push off tight coverage and the DB cannot even touch them.

@all_22_films starting to think the refs make the call sometimes based off the defenders reaction
Seems like they wanted to make the game interesting but our defense said no
Love Urban
Absolute ball don't lie moment
For Washington size he hits hard like Ro Smith.💪🏿
I think out of all the videos you’ve created this season, I’m looking forward most to Ar’ Darius’ later this week most
Thanks for posting this!

Love it. Great observation.
Yes, yes, yes on the deep dive into the defense.
What a stand and finish. Playing to the whistle.
Brent Urban is always hilarious on wired

AW with back 2 back score saving plays
Yes plz do a big defense breakdown
Would love a defense video, coach!
where do you watch the flim?
David Ajoboo is a game wrecker. Once he gets into the fold more the ravens are going to have to pay him a lot of money
His last name is Ojabo, fam.
That PI call on Marlon Humphrey was bs
Marlon has been great in pass coverage, but he gotta take better angles on those tackles. What of Ardarius Was blitzing or something?
