안녕하세요. 크집사 입니다.
장군이가 저희 집에 온 지 벌써 4개월째에 접어듭니다.
처음 왔을 땐 언제 고양이 별로 떠날까 걱정만 가득했어요.
그런데 요즘엔, 우리의 헤어질 날을 고민하기보다
오늘 하루를 어떻게하면 행복하게 보낼 수 있을지를 고민합니다.
장군이와 티티처럼 고양이 신장병으로 고민하는 분들을 위해 그 동안의 돌봄 방법을 정리해 보았어요.

It has been already 4 months General came to our home.
When he first came, I was only worried about his remained time of his life and when he would leave.
But nowadays, I am more focusing on how to make him happy everyday instead of worrying to say good-bye.

idk maybe the original title was korean and it's the usual google translate messup?
need a korean to confirm because the title appeared as english to me, also several other korean cat channels have their video titles auto-translated sometimes
It's a language barrier thing.
On the 'My Cat's Funeral' vid, there were multiple Korean viewers accusing it of having a clickbait title (given that it actually referred to a childhood cat, now belonging to her family, with a thumbnail of LuLu and ToTo looking startled). It's also worth noting that the Korean titles sometimes significantly differ from the English ones, making it more likely the English titles are written in manually.
To Claire's and the group's credit, despite the title being clickbait-y, the did soften it with the "but he's better now" part, which I felt was nice.
Because the proceeds from the YT stuff are donated to fund Feline/Canine Kidney Disease research, I can see why she and the team see the occasional CB title as reasonable, but it's still not very pleasant for emotionally invested viewers of the channel.

It's so sad when they get to that age , he seems quite youthful still , and he has been accepted into the family , so I think he will have the best life ever until his day comes , I hope he has years left.

Aww! Claire you are such an awesome cat mom. Our baby girl Kadi had kidney disease we almost lost her when she was diagnosed at 11 yrs old. we changed her diet to prescription canned cat food and only gave her distilled water. She lived well for another 5+ years without incident. no sickness what so ever. then she got sick suddenly one day and we found out she had stomach cancer. we said our long sad goodbye love the next couple of days. So they can live and be happy with kidney disease. you just have to take very careful care of them. gad to see general is doing well. bless his little kitty heart.

처음 병원 갔을 때 원장 선생님께서 이런 말씀을 하셨죠 .. 장군이는 살려고 하는 의지가 강한 아이라고.. 참으로 다행이에요 젊은 친구들하고 있어서 더 그렇지 않을까요? 회춘을 하셔서..ㅎㅎ 그리고 사람도 그렇자나요 혼자 아프고 힘들 때 친구가 옆에있으면 위로가 되듯이 이요~~^^ 좋은 추억도 많이 쌓으세요

I know General's time may be short, but you're making it the best no matter what comes. When the vet said, "I didn't think he'd live to see the cherry blossoms, but now he will see the camellias," it really touched me. This is all we can really hope for. Seeing season after season. Watching as the plants bloom, one after another.

It's always nice to see General walking around curiously and looking happy. He is a very nice cat and I love seeing him with the other cute cats. You take very good care of him. I think it's your excellent care that General is like he is now, much better than he was at the beginning. He should be 20 years old or even older. May he live long!
