Toto is very sensitive. Give him more time. Maybe put Toto, lulu and General together. He can take the lead from Lulu.
Running to DD for safety makes the most sense to me since he's basically everyone's big brother. In a literal sense.

I might remember it wrong, but i think there exist several purple brushes in the household and Lulu only fights one of them.

I will say that General clearly has arthritis, so while it is good to keep him active, some days he just won't be feeling like moving around or jumping so don't try to push him too hard!
Yeah I was thinking that, does he really need to jump? He seems to be walking around the house a lot anyways.
It must have been a stressful day for the brothers Dodo and Toto. But it must have been a new experience for General. But good he is getting along with most of the cats on the family 😊

Why do you have to move house again? This house is so big and perfect with a nice garden which your kitties enjoy so much. Moving house is a big task and kitties will feel stressful.

Yes, as far as i understood it, he came from an older relative who cant take proper care of him anymore, so its better he lives with Claire.

I don't think it works to force them together, not now when they are adults. Maybe just try to create situations where they can choose to interact, and let them do it in their own time.
I mean, you know your cats much better than I do, but that's what I would try.
At least TT isn't afraid of the General. She seems to be treating him kind of the same way she treats DD, which I take as a good sign.
