I know this is an I older video… but how do you have your leadcore set up? Is your entire reel spooled with leadcore? Also how long of a fluorocarbon leader do you run?
Hello Tyler, During the summer months, you simply want to be adjacent to structure. Not right on it, especially when trolling with lead or downriggers. We wont spend a hour driving around until we mark something, rather simply position ourselves in the general area, and start fishing. If we dont catch anything, or graph anything in 45 minutes, we will pick up and move.

At 1:23 that long cabin is amazing place to stay for a friend/family get together. 10 bedrooms for everyone. It is really beautiful!
Over looked on LOTW for sure. Will be there Mid Sept and will be draggin canon balls for sure!
What kind and sizes do you run on the crank spoons. Would really like to try them. We usually go mid August and do well on crankbaits.
Spoons in the 2-3 inch range work well. Haven't tried 4's but would imaging they would work as well.
