Nice snack venkatesh. I tried and it came well. I improvised a little bit by adding tomato, coloured capsicum, potato wedges, ground nut and paneer. It was awesome and out of the world.

Super.i am a regular doer of bread upma. I follow my moms recepi. The only difference is that at the end instead of water she used to add buttermilk.it adds a zing to the bread upma💕💕

Did today Sir. By mistake we added tomato also. I used to take bread bhujjia with tomatoes mixed. Recalling that, we did. Good taste! Sour chillies could be compensated by tomatoes so that kids could take in a comfort way.

Instead of sprinkling water in the end, I usually add two tablespoons of milk . Another hint is instead of chopping bread into cubes , I run the dry bread in dry mixie . It gets a smaller size and absorbs flavours better

Its ok to have fresh bread or 1 day old, as the fresh smell of bread is good...6 chillies for 6 slices is much..3 chillies should do.
