Are you kidding me? Griggio is completly closed since 5-6 years, and since 15 years almost all machines was made in china. I don't believe that cut better and with more quality the griggio that the Altendorf saw
@@alboch6826 I don't know about a Griggio, but when I was looking 20 years ago I went with an SCMI over an altendorf, people I talked to said that they were not worth the extra money that If was going to spend that much go with a Martin, That being said, I bought an SCMI and its still dead on almost 20 years later, I am very happy with it
So much more to go wrong on these new saws. Then they send out some dumb chump technician to fix it badly and you have a very expensive saw to trade in.
We have both a Altendorf, about 14 years old and a Griggio, about 40 years old. I’ll pick the Griggio any day over the Altendorf.

Does Altendorf offer diamond blades like Felder does?
You can put any blade you want that fits on it. Lots of choices.
