Hey Guys, welcome to Moxie Architects,
This is Ar. Amruta, Masters in Infrastructure Design from IIT Kharagpur, and today is Architectural Wednesday.
This is a 3BHK Housing designed on an area of 25 x 50 feet. The total built-up area of housing is 1620 sq feet. The Ground floor consists of Parking and outdoor lawn, living room, Dining with the outdoor seat out, kitchen with wash area, Master bedroom with dressing room, and attached toilet. The first floor consists of the family room, Kid's bedroom, Balcony, and a master bedroom with an attached closet and toilet. The best part is the terrace garden with evening dining seating.

There is a unique touch in the alignment and texture of furniture...Each room expresses the characteristics of the user...
The dressing area around 3:15 was exquisite...
I love the way in which an option is given at the terrace to have partial pergola shaded and partial open to sky areas rather than just leaving it as a leftover space...It has now so much meaning...
