Bro as a furry to a non furry, a lot of furry cons are jumping on youtubers like yall, best way to avoid it is register ONLINE early, make sure you have a media pass, and ask for consent to mess with suiters before recording. We dont mind yall, staff is just rlly strict nowadays
Most of the staff that jump youtubers and streamers are the same furries that really hate outsiders. Like the super niche of the fandom. So they tend to have those reactions because they feel it's their job to be overbearing. It's not just to youtubers and outsiders but even con attendees hate staffers because they will come after attendees even for the most inane stuff. The pranksters just added more fuel to staffers being insufferable.

i love how harmless you guys were, overall just looked like a fun time for everyone but staff.
staff just seemed to be paranoid and jumpy for some reason. Might have had some bad experiences with people being over the top and breaking rules or making people like super uncomfortable these guys seem pretty chill for trolls tbh.
They were. The tapping on the shoulder and the turning the lights off during a panel I can see being reasons to be called out tho but everything else is harmless.
@@mantu451-m3 When you think about it really though, those staff are managing an event full of neurodiverse/autistic and mentally disabled people (and are probably the same themselves I don't know why it's brushed under the carpet that these conditions are not always visible) - no one thinks of how sick it would be to actually upset these people like it's so morally wrong even with all the sides to the fandom the majority are like innocent people (saying this cause of the well known connotations surrounding furries etc), it's all fun and games until you end up committing federal offences against the disability act etc and potentially scar people for life who don't see the world through the same eyes you do - for the most part they don't give a fuck but there is a lot of heavily mentally/physically disabled people attending are at these events.
This video was funny and they seemed open minded but they were giddy like school kids and it's easy to go the wrong way with it, I have a fairly based view on this though not like anyone asked lmfao.

You guys getting pushed around by the convention staff is very similar to the experience I had there when the con targeted me cause someone on staff decided I should be removed. For what reason? Starting with me putting my business cards around lol. This con has awful staff that powertrip. I made a video on my channel about what happened at DenFur if you wanted to get more details on this event! They do really suck, and they're an outlier in the furry community.
