3 of those 4 goals we conceded were right after we made stupid and basic mistakes. Such a shame. But a positive thing is, we've been able to come back 3 times. Anyway, good hockey game overall! We move on, Czechs!

It does not, there is always max 22 players in team and 5 man on the ice against each other. Czechia or Slovakia is small country compared to Russia , Kanada or USA but it doesn't matter in the arena. We can play artfull hockey even against them....if the gods of ice hockey allow it ;]

Man, Alex what a cool nod to the Czechoslovakian hockey legacy. Since those days icehockey world felt power of the Russian sbornaja, everyone knows who the tough matches are. This time it was Russians who took the victory even tho it was close match, see you in next one.✌️
Tournament has just begun, I think at the end of this first series, teams maybe will start to get those NHL reinforcements. In Finland, this tournament has already received the cult name Skoda cup, because the tournament is annual so the value has dropped slightly and that is why many more famous (NHL) players has indicated that he will not come.
I think it is because nhl players had been isolated in the bubbles whole season and afterward they needed to be isolated again before and during championships and they are too spoiled to do so (can't blame them though) . In my opinion Czechs have the best nhl players of all the teams, young and eager for success.

Tournament has just begun, I think at the end of this first series, teams maybe will start to get those NHL reinforcements. In Finland, this tournament has already received the cult name Skoda cup, because the tournament is annual so the value has dropped slightly and that is why many more famous (NHL) players has indicated that he will not come.

I think it is because nhl players had been isolated in the bubbles whole season and afterward they needed to be isolated again before and during championships and they are too spoiled to do so (can't blame them though) . In my opinion Czechs have the best nhl players of all the teams, young and eager for success.
