You have to dissolve it with solvent before you add to the content...
Nice one. Is there no means to speed up the drying process?? Is the drying by time or by heat?Like cement dryness is by time I.e a number of days increase the solidity. So if it's placed in an oven could it speed up the dryness??

The purpose was to produce cement board that is less expensive
What is the purpose of including calcium carbonate in your mixture?
Helps in light weight bonding...
Does it break when you put nail or screw on it?
