So happy to see Altered getting coverage!! I’ve been into it since it the kickstarter and have been playing as much as I can since release, mainly Lyra and Ordis. Would definitely love to see more content on it! Very fun gameplay to watch
Yes, please, more Altered for sure. I've been playing a lot of Fen & Crowbar. I love the card advantage at the cost of not sculpting my hand. One less decision I have to make.
Backed Altered myself at the lowest tier, got myself the Axiom and Yzmir decks - picked purely on aesthetics. Not played much yet but I enjoy the back and forth and the things around the game really piqued my interest. Love seeing it being covered and look forward to more Altered videos in the future.

It's been pretty popular at our local one so keep asking and hopefully they'll realise there's enough interest! Or if they have Discord or any groups you could see if other local people want to sit down for some games? We've done that with Pauper and it's gone really well
Great video and editing! I'm actively looking for Altered content to follow. Small suggestion, if it's even possible: pow about putting a little number indicating the total icons each player has at any given time for each expedition to make it easier to follow the game's state?
Glad you enjoyed! It would be lovely to do but it's incredibly time intensive unfortunately. It's why we had to skip it this time around. Hopefully we'll find a system for speeding up the process in future let's plays
It was hard to tell, but I think it sounded like you both thought that you have to put a card into your mana orbs each turn.. I am pretty sure that is optional... so once you get to 6, 7, or 8 orbs, sometimes it makes sense to not play another orb. Or could be that you just wanted the mana orbs each time =p
For a Finn... This game is weird, or at least the Muna faction is weird. Teija is a Finnish name, so I think the developers know what Muna means as well. I mean muna means egg, so it's the egg faction, but if you take the second most common meaning, it could also be the p3n!s faction. But yeah, when the axiom scrambler came up and sabotaged/scrambled one of the Muna faction cards I was laughing out loud!😆
Yep, we knew Muna means egg, it was intentional. And originally, the flavor text for the Scrambler was « I like the Tumult like my eggs. Scrambled. » 😊

My favourite thing about Altered is its NOTHING like magic.
It feels super different doesn't it? I'm approaching deck building in a whole new way which is so fun to figure out - Wheels

This looks really good. Gonna get hold of some starter kits and give it a try. Seems pretty affordable as TCGs go.
Once online trading/printing is set up it should be very easy to build decks, fingers crossed!
