Super super cool, i have Always wanted to see an ish modern car with a fully functional steam engine with my favorit kind boiler: mono tube boiler. Great video.
Monotube boilers are much safer than fire-tube boilers like the ones on old locomotives, since they contain very little water and they're built stronger than they need to be.
wow, that will still be an eye turner in todays oil reliant world..even the traffic policeman will be baffled when he stops you for a smokey exhaust and realizes it actually good old steam from the outlet.
@@doktorbimmer try putting kerosene on you gasoline engine, oh you can't. Try putting any type of fuel instead of diesel and gasoline on your car, oh you can't
@@giovannicesaramorim9adigan961 Never heard of Ethanol? LPG or CNG??? You can run many Diesel engines on a wider variety of alternative and renewable fuel sources. Rudolf Diesel designed his engine to run on bio fuel (vegetable oil) and also designed a version that ran on coal dust.
Very nice of Jason Statham to demonstrate it.
I wonder when we'll see this in the next Transporter?

Great video.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. Gonna use that as my next getaway car!
What a terrific idea
and well done.
That's bloody ingenious.
It actually moves under its own steam.
Rest In Peace Mr. Theobald
That is fantastic.
Superb :)
what a marvellous little car, how often does she need refuelling?
do you have any other info on this car? I love the idea of the diesel fired home heater as a steam generator.
its not a boiler its a steam generator!!!
Did it have a boiler certificate when you sold it.
Half the vehicle seems to be machinery. Any room for passengers? Looks like it was moving in about one minute. Does it use antifreeze in winter?
Очень круто!Можете озвучить технические характеристики (включая динамические автомобиля)?
did you ever sell this or have you still got it?
How much does IT cost?
Isn't it dangerous to have the boiler in the cabin? you will get third degree burns if that bursts.
+mtothem1337 if you live.

@@sandervanderkammen9230 ethanol you can only use on gasoline engines, cuz diesel doesnt have a sparkplug

Is this guy still alive 😅
Sorry you had to sell it.
is it road legal
Probably not taxed, but it was road legal at least up to 2008
hubnut has a fox reliant fox
I wonder how they MOT and tax a steam car lol
