Both bikes are good.....390 is more aggressive than 400 and has more electronic aid however if you are not bulky guy and do not need electronics then scram will also fit you well...just take test ride check for the engine refinement once for both the bikes....I don't know how is it for 400x....
Sir I also own a ktm adventure 390 just done with my first service yesterday but engine oil level is showing low in rightside of the engine kindly tell me is dat ok bcz wen asked service people they said 1.7 little oil wil show less then low in adventure
Ya it's fine, no issues will be there....if you want you can add 100 ml but that is also not required....just keep changing oil after 4000 to 5000 km ..
There is an option to put tube for 300 rs and use it for sometime until you get a new oneoe wear it out for some kms. I did the same for my Pulsar
