Im gonna be honest... RIGHT up to the final result, I'm like WTF is he doing? Your methods are much different than I'm used to seeing, but I'll be damned if I can deny the results. Came out a WHOLE lot better than I was expecting.

Biggest tip I could give you so you could get alot more imperfections out next time around on your body work is to mist the puddy with a very thin splatter of any aerosol paint can so when you were doing the puddy bodywork it shows you all the low and high spots as you are sanding and once you see a even sanding pattern as you sand it it means its literally ready to go takes alot of the guessing out of hand sanding for beginners (when I mean very light spary splatter I mean very light just a light mist effect and you should be good)

shoulda made a mold on the first stage, coz all those defects would be easily fixed on the mold itself. and if you wreck it you can just make another one quicker and easier.

a tip from a nobody here....sand in circular motions, with a flexible, soft, pad over yoursand paper. it sands curvature more evenly than sanding with strokes. let me know if this works for anyone.
