His voice is incredible, he has a beautiful color in his voice, but his vocal control, projection and consistency is AMAZING. He's a very gifted singer
Kind of. He IS singing but Disney played a track over so everything was "perfect" Because he normally doesnt sing with this much choreography involved. I use to work for Donny and Marie. He normally sings live at his Vegas shows and tours. This particular show, Disney was in charge. Singing to tracks or "lip synching" is more common than people think. I was surprised when I found out a metal band I liked were playing to tracks. But that's because they were on the tail end of a 3 month tour and the singers voice was tired and he didnt want to damage it.
Considering this man was already 64 at the time of this performance, he’s still pretty impressive. Choreography makes singing more difficult because of all the extra breaths the performer needs to deliver. I date a 63 turning 64 guy who’s incredibly fit, a lot of things at their age require a lot of stamina. IYKYK 🤷🏻♀️
@@Welcome2Halelet's be honest, it would be hard to tell the difference..... one of the most consistent performers out there.... i wondered if they had a"safety track" (as my Disney tech guys called it when it was still working at wdw) for this with the extra choreo

If you are a true fan of the film, you can hear he is singing over the original track - slightly changes in the voice

We saw him last week in Vegas. Great show!! Donny has an outstanding show!
I still don't understand why BD Wong didn't sing "I'll Make A Man Out Of You". He can definitely sing, he was a Broadway actor.
He wasn't the right fit. I guess you could say he was the Wong one
@@RyanKellar-q8l Nice. 😂
Donny was wonderful ❤
AAAAAHHHHH AMAZING!!!!!
Donny is a prince in my heart ❤️
Wow
That was pretty AWESOME!! 😎😎
Amazing choreography all around
I wish they could get Jackie Chan to do this live as well. He did an amazing job with this song just like Donny Osmand.
Yes! He did! ❤
Mulan 1998.
Warriors Heroine.
Always skipping the second verse, but still well executed.
You know he was lip synching right?

wasn't Shang Yu mean spirited towards Mulan cause she's a woman or was he using it to train them on the battlefield against the Hun Invaders
He doesn’t know she’s a woman for most of the movie
I mean he doesn’t know or
Find out she’s a girl until after she saves him and is injured
