I'm a big fan of lemony flavored sweets and this is quite a nice way to achieve that great taste. It kind of reminds me of russian tea cakes although I'm pretty sure there are no eggs in that cookie. Anyway, next time I crave a lemon cookie, I'm trying this! Thanks!
