Got Wong and America Chavez this week. Limited articulation in different ways, but Wong is great nonetheless! Chavez should be able to do her signature pose but cannot, which is frustrating. Excited for Mordo next! Solid review as always, thanks! 👍
Today Target had everyone but Miss America (already have) and I passed on Mordo, which was good bc another Target had Coronation Starscream.

Yeah the skirt movement impediment is gonna drive me nuts, but still a nice figure on Wong
I really like this Wong figure! Even with the limited leg movement due to his tunic sculpt. I cut the bottom with a few slits fur more range of movement. It does come off as you showed. I don’t want to remove it. Eh. I really enjoy that he is as colorful as he is. His face is pretty blank but he is the straight man many times to Strange. I like he has a sword an I agree give him two sword holding hands with different hinge options. Wong is great! My favorite ML I have got this year so far.

Awesome review as usual... I'm wondering now, if the legs detach easily like a build a figure were they reused from the fat Thor build a figure mold? Hmm 🤔
I never got the legs for that figure so I can't tell you. I think I got one figure from that wave.
@@TMan978 it’s cool, I did the same. I only grabbed the Heimdal figure from that wave, but fortunately he came with a leg so when I get a Wong I can compare.

Been waiting for a Wong, I don’t really get the hype with pinless joints, my Wong’s right bicep/elbow joint is really flimsy though. Awesome video 🤙
The hype is they don't have pins and they look more natural. I haven't had any loose elbows or knees since they changed over. I've had the exact opposite. Mostly they're too tight for me.
@@TMan978 you can still tell they’re action figures though, the elbow piece is still there because of the double joint (which I like) but they’re still going to be visible. Not worth the extra $5 to me at least unless the character is that cool for me to get in my collection.
I honestly like the pinless. Price is what it is even if it has pins it's still going to be $5 more.
@@TMan978 I’ve had issues with my marvel legends figs apart from the pinless Wong, my Iron Man from the 2 pack with Thanos came with a torn ankle but I had waited so long I glued it and tried to keep the articulation but it didn’t really work out. He can stand though so there’s that, I’m just glad the other lines haven’t gone up yet, I know the marvel legends prices are going to keep going up (maybe cheaper plastic that doesn’t marble would help) but I just feel like some accessories or something to make it feel worth it would be good. I’m really happy with the sword Wong came with.
I prefer the comic characters, but there is no doubt the movie ones look way better!

@@TMan978 I'm just into the comics more than the movies. I have soooo many comic figures, that they're the ones that take priority. Like you said though, they really knock it out of the park with a lot of the movie figs!
can you put his hand on the old doctor strange that came with the 3 pack(thanos, ironman and doctor strange)?
Are his hand effects removable?
No. That's why he comes with different hands without effects.
