From unboxing to setup and daily use, my GEEKOM IT13 has been a dream. High-quality performance in a sleek package.
The price is insane. No way.
Another great video of yours, motivating me to buy this mini computer. Great specs in a compact little device.. Great to see new mini pcs coming up. Compact but fortnite runs pretty well.. didnt expect that out of this little machine..
Overall, a great video explaining every part with detail and performance tests make the video even better. Thanks, Lee
By the way, Lee I am going to upload XFCE version of Crimson OS today, and I will update the folder link I sent you through the gmail. This will be the same release just a different flavour. Just thought that it would be great to give you an update.
Thanks,
Pradyot Pachore
Thanks Lee for another great review, just don’t offer to fly me in your helicopter…😂!
Have a great day!
Having watched thousands of review videos over the years, this is one of the more impressive ones.
It shows some real, practical examples of just what this machine is really capable of, in a manner that really does bring attention to a product.
And interestingly, it omits something that is almost obligatory these days (and not without good reason), benchmarks, which was actually rather refreshing, focussing on demonstrating the range and reach of it's use.
There were three things missing though, which would have rounded things off even more. Give the exact specs of the I/O. All of those USB ports looked pretty versatile and with some decent potential transfer speeds and the Ethernet speed could have been clarified (it looked like 2.5). Thermals can kill a machines potential, so always worthy of attention (especially for a regular SBC reviewer). Energy consumption. This is a powerful machine and so idle, average for different uses and maximum draw are always useful to put into purchasing calculations.
The spec are of course available on the companies website but if you go with one, then go with all to confirm.
In terms of the machine itself, it cannot be denied that it is at the higher end at £750 and with all the apparent very decent specs, I wonder why they stuck with DDR4-3200 and not something that would seemingly have done more justice to the other higher specs available.
In comparison with what else gets reviewed by many channels, this one would, IMO, be more likely to draw people in for a closer look.
It's out of the range of my pocket but I can't help feel a tad envious in the right way.
I would like to see Geekom get away from the old 'flash sale' crap that has become, for me, incredibly annoying. Just give a price. By all means have an introductory one, as can be quite common and the odd sale here and there but this style of advertising tends to stop me from buying for a vendor because of their practices, regardless of how good a product may potentially be.
Thanks for your great review! I just want to buy a new mini PC and I think I will buy the IT13.
I have reviewed several Geekom products and found that the logistics and after-sales service are both very good. I am quite satisfied with them❤
OMG🎉IT13 is so powerful I cannot wait buy it now❤
I've been using IT13 for a while and it really works😊😊
Not for $849
You can find the i7 version for €594 euros but it has DDR4 so no f-ing way!!!
We have the same PC. SO far so good!!
I bought one. Using it to for music Studio One 6 DAW. It is performing very well.
I would have liked it better with ddr5 though...
I think this is the best GEEKOM mini pc
Perfect price, I will get it.😍
great deals on Amazon lately😮
Very nice, it looks like they must have purchased the same former intel components? I like a metal case.
I also have a geekom pc, it works very well
Very nice looking machine. I was surprised to see DDR4 rather than DDR5 memory, perhaps to save a bit of cost.
Can it be powered via one of the USB-C ports?
Not sure, usb c power was mentioned in another review for the n100 Geekom mini PC.
Boggled by the massive number of Geekom mini PC reviews on UA-cam right now.
Not a bad price. Make a nice Proxmox server
The video explanation is easy to grasp, awesome stuff.
These Nuks need some notebook GPU too, Arc is just not enough..
I bet if you put Windows 3.11 on it, it would be the fastest windows pc out there lol
Blue Screen
Don't forget to turn on 32 Bit Disk Access - now you're cooking with Crisco!
nice pc
Hi Lee, Could I use this IT 13 to use Lightroom and video editing on it? Many thanks David Williams
It’s capable of both. It really depends how ambitious your projects are
I want to run protools 12 music software with this unit. Will that work wi this unit?
It beats the recommended specs

The price made me blush and then you're stuck with an Intel Graphics card forever. But I guess you can't help it since you're buying an I9 for $500 not including everything else, right? Interesting video, I "liked" it though.
