idk how this is not included but definitely try out mewing, it is a way of practicing proper tongue posture that (with enough time and consistency ofc) gives u a pretty good jawline, and makes ur facial shape alot more sharp rather than rounded. I dont think i can explain it well but you basically rest your tongue at the top of your mouth rather than the bottom, even doing this in the mirror you will notice an immediate and significant difference.
