You "then" mingle & interact with people who have "similar interests". And from "that", you will have positive people who will eventually migrate to you for conversation. And "that"....is the beginning of filtering in and/or out new people or...."also known as socializing". 🙏🤷♂️💯

We text 2weeks B4 and he NEVER TALK ABOUT IT. REACH OUT AND TOUCH SOMEONE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT U GOING THRU. LIFE IS REALLY HARD OUT HERE. PRAYING HELPS🙏🏿

After my grandfather passed away EVERYTHING & EVERYONE went far left to crumbs, now all I have is a complete stranger from my job that took me in October 2023 this brotha has taught me more in the past 6 months than anyone in my 37 years 🤦🏾♂️ if it wasn’t for his help idk where I’d be today a GENUINE BLESSING FROM GOD 💯🙏🏾

When my oldest son moved From New Orleans to California he had a Job but was homeless and very depressed, he was giving up. I was so scared for my son because if the devil would've got hold to him at his most vulnerable and weakest moment God knows what could've happened and I would've known the first place to look. While he was depressed and going through the motions a drunk driver killed his dad while on his motorcycle. One year later my son has gave up alcohol, in his own apartment, exercising, praying and going great. What I meant by it could be worse, my son use to say he was always lonely. I said son you have God so you're NEVER alone. His cousin/ my nephew was in jail for 7 yrs, no family visits, my own sister abandoned my nephew and he was was he lonely but God is great and I'm praying for everyone who's battling depression. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS MY FRIEND. I'M PRAYING FOR YOU AS WELL. KEEP THE FAITH.

I used to be depressed years ago, but not anymore. I know that I have so many Angels in heaven watching over me. Everything that was hurting me, I pretty much let go. My faith in God over rides any feelings of depression for me. I still get upset and that feels rough, however it passes after I think about it. I used to have anxiety 😊when I kept trying to be the best friend that I could be and the best cousin that I could be, however those people would never see me how I see me! 👀 I a blessed and great human being, not one to be used anymore for anything. I feel like my last name for real when I'm alone. Ms. Champion is me! ❤ 🏆 😊

Yes, I’m battling lung cancer halfway through the chemo. It’s so depressing for something to take out all your hair. You feel like a half of a woman not working on state disability. They don’t even get you half the money you were making , depressing but we have to hold on , God got us just continue the faith.

When I did let them back in my life some started the same cycle again and they got cut off once again. A peace of mind is so beautiful!😊
