what all parts where used, im planning on getting an rx8, which is easy to get a running one for under 3 grand here because i live in the middle of nowhere and most people want trucks, so i kinda want to know what parts were used.
@@heraa_m990 dude i feel your pain you should wait till the biggining of october when buying one if you didnt buy one around that time you would have probs gotten some beater than people abused to shit or just unlucky, october is when the reliable ones go for sales when people want trucks

@@loomedy329 real car guys dont care if a car is rice, If it goes fast, awesome, if it looks nice, sweet, everyone has their own tastes and different uses for their cars, some just want a cool looking car, whats wrong with that? Its not your car so who cares what they choose to do with it
My dad had an rx8 when I was a bit younger. Unfortunately, when we moved country we had to sell it. It's nice seeing a built rx8 for once instead of all the rx7s. Cool build, thanks for sharing.
As gorgeous this car turned out, it's just so disappointing that it doesn't have the performance to back up the killer looks. Don't mean to undermine the effort and quality put into the car, but I've always been of the mindset that performance > looks, which is what sold me on your WRX giveaway series.
Crazy to think this series probably influenced me to buy one for myself. S1 owner of 1 year and the car is still treating me well and drives amazing. Don't let the internet fool you into thinking these are bad cars, so get one while they are still dirt cheap!
I miss my RX8 so much! Spent way too much modifying it over the 11yrs of ownership, only for a truck to reverse into it and write it off. 😢 What a car!
It turned out clean for the most part, however when I did my Rx8 I realized it benefits from following a more exaggerated wide body concept. I would also recommend going with a medium-large duck tail rather than a wing/spoiler. I used a Pandem Aero kit, granted it was $3,700 it was well worth it. Edit: Cause spells r hard....
Amazing work guys! The talent and ideas you all come up with is truly incredible 👍I wish you guy's were at Cabo Rojo PR, my brother in law has an awesome Honda Integra. Unfortunately the engine died out after having it for many years. He went all out in going to junkyards finding parts and mechanics working on the engine but unfortunately there was no luck. Now it's sitting in his garage, hoping he could find a replacement engine.
As it is currently sitting in my driveway (don’t worry John still owns it) I can assure you it still looks as good as it did when he got it. And cameras really do not do this car justice, it’s amazing. I uploaded a 20 second video so people believe me lol, I know how UA-cam trolls work.
What a dream work. I'd love to do the same from dusk till dawn just for the feelings it brings even for free. This time I'll be budiling my third Mazda. Thanks for the inspirational content you create. What a channel. Love it!
Man i wish i could get a car like this, it costs only 2-3k in belgium but we gotta pay 3k+ taxes first year and nearly 1k next years not even talking about insurances that would probably go way over 2k a year ... Love this build !
Totally agree. Also cant help but feel so, "sour" about how much effort, time, and hard work went into cutting and modifying quarter panels for that "Wide body" when it still has that "bolted on" aesthetic or look to it. Yet followed up with a stock wheel tire combo and spacers. Literally what was the point of the "widening" then? I guess for the tires, so they had clearance for the car to sit on the ground. But hey I always like my wings attached to my sports cars. ;)
Did you have any issues mounting a wing to the carbon boot (trunk) lid I have same one and wondering if the carbon will fracture or crack with the stress

I really want to see what that car looks like with some modern specs and you guys know exactly what to do with these cars . lol I wouldn’t even want it back .. like I would send these guys cars all day if I could just to see what they do . Their work is amazing !
Somehow we got our bags in without taking the upper control arms off, and we ran air lines thru interior . I see the wide body parts magically were painted at about 7 min point. that's why our build took 8 months , it was at paint shop 4 months. lol
