There is a video of a told ramy crew disrespecting phil off stage of wich are against such but i take it more as mind games and since phil wasnt a person that did respect others people cant demand others respect him for his bodybuilding achievements alone, a person that seeks respect must gain such starting by being a respectful person to others.
He has a very unaesthetic mid section and I never liked his frame in poses like the front lat spread and abs in thighs. He looks a little watery here too and u can see how distended his mid section is even four years before.
Phil looks bad for his own standarts also the lightning is bad, even his tan is bad damn and he still looks this good, if he came like this in 2020 it would be domination anyways.
What's such a shame is that Phil straight up has no weak body parts except for his wide obliques that spill over the trunks. I know everyone calls him Phil "The Gut", but hypothetically, even if he got rid of the gut, his waist is still too wide. It's a damn shame because besides that, he's literally perfect!
I don’t know why he is call the gift..narrow shoulder, wide waist and 5 ft 8. Aesthetically he is not ideal but I believe he worked his ass off to get to his 7th Olympia title. The more aesthetic Kai is more gifted but ended with no title because he doesn’t has the hunger, focus and fire that Phil has.
Kai had the worst bubble gut on stage in most shows, not aesthetic at all. Phil's back detail, round muscle bellies, calves and forearms make him the most genetically gifted bodybuilder of all time. He has almost no weaknesses.
If he looked like this, he might have won this year.
