We have an obese relative whom we'd like to get walking again. Bad knees and weak ankles, needs good cushioning. We're talking 225-250 lbs right now. Would you recommend the Skyward X for the bounce and plate assist with their weight? Or is the MagMax good with its cushion? Or should I be considering the Ghost Max 2?

I can tell where my HR is within 5bpm, I really don't need a watch to be able to complete my runs, but I enjoy looking at the info as I go, knowing how fast my reps/kms are, etc. I always liked numbers and math, so I just enjoy then info in general.
I run according to my feel, zone 2 (MAF training) is for beginner runners to stay running everyday. I run according to my feel not to get injured. You know when you should stop… no pain no gain is my motto. 😊
You are crushing the miles. How do you do routes? Looks like you do a couple of smaller loops around your place to refuel. What about just a big 20mile loop or out and back how do you pack nutrition and hydration for those?
I have a 10 to 12 mile loop and I'll do that twice with some modifications for my long run. It goes by my house at mile 7 and mile ~18 or so, so I can grab the second water then. Last week I did a 20 out and back to get on some flatter terrain. I like using my loop because it's quieter in my neighborhood and I don't have to worry about cars/busy traffic etc but sometimes it's nice to switch it up
