Hello Ashley, no the teeth don’t normally fall out when you do the impression; The impression sets and the way you remove it out of the mouth it just done breaks the suction. In all the years I have been nursing and I’ve never seen a tooth come out with an impression even a really wobbly mobile tooth!!

No this way is fine. When you mix you can ensure no air bubbles and a good mix will prevent air bubbles x
I think the patient mouth angle is wrong because the patient was not sat straight
