Don’t apologize for the city noise. That what makes the city. Cute apartment.
hahaha, so true, it becomes almost therapeutic after a while! thank you!
The lighting, view and plants are very nice. Awesome apartment
thank you so much!
NICE apartment!! Those windows are hitting!! love them
thank you so much! I have to agree :D
Fantastic apartment and it is so personalized----it has a very distinct style to it that's all your own. I loved my days living in Battery Park. Wishing you many happy memories living in Manhattan.
Love it! Cozy....Bright. ps....you can never have too many plants😊
thanks Gerard! hahaha so true
Awesome views. Absolutely stunning place. Definitely look forward to moving into my loft in the city this year. ❤
Thank you! I'm excited for you!! A loft is the dreammm
The view from the living room is great! Screaming "New York" with the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building and those water towers....Would love to live there....
omg the view!!!! luv all the plants!!!
thanks Dawn!! the plants are so needed in the urban jungle haha
the view is incredible!
thank you :) biggest compliments from a studious viewer
ahhh so much natural lighting & windows 😍 love 💖
thank you! the natural light is my fave part of this place for sure
Nicely done! Love all the light and openess.
thanks Bonnie!!
Cute place. Nice decor love all your plants.
thank you so much!
This is is all so cozy, cute, welcoming, & super functional. Omg, the view is second to none! I wonder if the windows open at all or if there is a balcony ( not that I’d want to go out on it, at that height :(
You’re one lucky lady ❤️
crib is 🔥 you did GOOD‼️🙌
yeww thanks man!
A lovely apartment. I love that you have plants. I can't have plants. You guessed it: they die. New subscriber here. Peace 🕊️
thank you Amy! glad to have you here :) hahaha, the trick is to find the lowest maintenance plants that would take active effort to kill. I always recommend pothos to beginners since you can't over water them and can even grow them just in water!
Your living room is a dream
thank you Valery!
love love love this!!! just subscribed
aw shucks thank you! welcome!!
Your apartment is wonderful! I could live there tomorrow. 😊 Thanks for sharing....
thank you so much!! means a lot!
aaaaaa missed your videos!
missed making 'em! more to come!
Nice apartment!
I’m currently binging your videos 😂. Anyway, gas stoves will always be superior to electric, just mo bettah fo cook! I can definitely tell you’re an engineer due to how you articulate and the details you share, which are appreciated (‘:. 10:12 You were just scratching the surface, not obnoxious at all when there’s something to be had and learned about. This tour was very concise and the added architect inputs you had were the chef’s kiss! You give me a brand new perspective and insight in life in New York. Also I NEED that Squaty Potty (‘:.
hahaha i'm honored! LOL definitely can't hide the engineer in me. and yes, the squatty potty is a life changer.
I know this building and used to walk by sometimes when I lived on 33rd and Madison. Nice light and view.:)
nomad is just the prettiest isn't it!
@@sarahstonee Most definitely! Just love the Madison Square Park and the neighborhood.🙂
What a beautiful spot
what a kind comment, thank you!
sooo cute! if you don't mind me asking did you find this apartment on street easy? I'm currently apartment hunting and could use any help!!
hi Erika! thank you! I found this apartment when I was invited to a party here, and contacted the building directly for openings. I recommend looking for apartment buildings so you can avoid the broker's fee. You can find them on apartments.com or tbh by walking around your favorite neighborhoods and checking for rental signs / numbers! StreetEasy has been helpful for my friends here, but it's more competitive I've found. best of luck!!
What do u do for work, if u don’t mind me asking.
software engineering at a gaming company :)
I come here to journal or eat.
Ok, so I'm a woman, and as soon as I saw your house plants, I thought to myself, red flag! 😝 I have no idea why it flashed across my mind. Haha. I kill all of mine, so I only have fake ones 😅
But that view, is, chef's kiss.
LOL that is so funny! is it along the lines of too many house cats?? hahhaa
@sarahstonee How much is the rent?
price of an avg one bed in Manhattan if you google it! I don't want to share the exact # for privacy reasons in case people will search for my unit.
Your apartment is adorable. Maybe go to that club one night, leave something recognisable in your window and see if you can see in. Lol
hahah good plan... but ignorance is bliss LOL
Omg, I love that idea, about the club. Yeah, you’d have to leave something really recognizable, bring the lil binos ( and try not to look totally creepy using them in the club lol) & then attempt to localise your window. Or just stay with the blissful ignorance state of mind- that works too:)!
Eliot Choi lives very close to you
Lovely eyes
What kind of job does one have to have to afford an apartment in Manhattan these days?
I'm a software engineer at a gaming company! Admittedly this apartment is still a bigger chunk of my paycheck than I'd like.
are you a filipina?
nope! I'm half european / half asian and technically guamanian.
Get one of those shoe cabinets, them all lying out is tacky!
hahaha thanks for the input - haven't found the right piece yet
I want rich parents too
Desk chair looks high & uncomfortable to work at. Chili pepper shouldn't be the color of spiders in case it's there?? Other than that, love the vibe of the house.
Thanks! strangely it is the most comfortable chair to work on and doesn't give me any back pain (I even have scoliosis). hahaha, the chilis are more of a red color I think it doesn't show properly on camera.
Nice apartment.Dont like the plants.
thanks! haha, to each their own with the plants :)
You moved the camera too fast I got dizzy
thanks for the feedback, still figuring this thing out! I'll be mindful going forward :)
I will never understand this joy over this aquarium apartments with the floor to ceiling windows. Super bad feng shui.
it's the natural light for me! i work from home so i need a big dose of sunshine since for much of the year it's dark outside of working hours in the city
beth5633. To each their own. People who do love ''bragging'' about Feng shui usually do not know a single thing about it.
Your apartment is mediocre. Design is boring. Nothing special
