INSANE Halloween Weekend in PRERUNNERS!

- We had a blast out in superstition for halloween with the prerunner. The truck worked almost flawlessly, there are a few minor issues that we need to get resolved, but that is to be expected in this first few trips, only going to get better!

You guys made a stop out at Devil's slide this weekend thats awesome. we cruised a loop through shell reef and whatnot around the same time. woulda been cool to run into you guys. we were riding our dirtbikes, i just recently rebuilt an old bike and was eager to get out there. enjoy the vidoes.

Yep... I think your dad is probably right. I had what I thought was a tensioner failure on the 15 at 80mph... after coasting to a dignified stop I replaced it on the freeway off ramp. After replacing the tensioner it shredded the belt soon after. I limped home and eventually borrowed a laser pulley alignment tool from a buddy and got everything aligned. In my case it was the power steering pump pulley that was off about 1 rib. After the pulley and accessory alignment I've gone 3000+ dirt miles without any issues. I still keep 2 tensioners and 2 belts in the spares box though ;)

I have a 2007 f150 that I'm thinking ab doing suspension on soon, (yeah ik 5.4 sucks) and I was deciding between fox 2.5 bypass or king 2.5. What would yall go with just for running trails and small jumps. Just trying to see if king would be worth the price for their lower end shocks/coilovers.
not the long travel one but what is the other f150 running hardware wise? curious also about those fenders

Your truck has turned out badass man! I want to build one some day. What suspension did the EcoBoost have? It looked like he bottomed out real quick

@@joelbravo2690 Asking questions is a great way to learn man. That truck is a twin turbo v6. The sound you hear is a blow off valve that releases air on the cold side of the turbo. I am not a turbo expert but I believe the reason is to prevent the turbo from spinning other way when you left off the gas and you create vacuum.
biggwigg338 i know somewhat about turbos but I honestly havent heard one like that. I thought he has some special type of shocks or bypasses that made that sound. Just thought it was something new i didnt know. Thats a pretty rowdy blow off valve😂. Thanks for the response Though 👌🏽

It's the check valves in the bypass tubes, it is what it is in the desert game

It’s the bypass shock valves cycling. Every trophy truck and anything else with bypass sound like that inside.
Glad to see the boys dialing in the truck. I run with triple bypass King Shocks on my truck & have the same rattle coming from the upper shock bushings were it attaches to the roll cage.

WHEN IS THE LAST TIME THESE TRUCKS BEEN ALIGNED...LOOKS LIKE THEY ALL HAVE ALIGNMENT ISSUES AND NEED TO GO GET A ACTUAL WHEEL ALIGNMENT THAT'S HAS SENSOR AND SPECIFICATIONS.. IF U ALIGN YOUR TRUCKS AT HOME THEN YOUR KINDA JUST ALIGNING TO THE WRONG MESUARMENTS IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S ACTUAL SPECS ARE TO EVEN START WITH IDK HOW U CAN ALIGN ANY CAR AT HOME ESPECIALLY BECAUSE EVERY MAKE YEAR MODEL HAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SUSPENSION SPECS. IDK THOUGHT I SAY SOMETHING CUZ THOSE TIRES ON BOTH FORD TRUCKS ARE WAY OFF SPEC
