In such deep free dives, do they have any kind of air supply? Cuz i think it’s almost impossible to hold your breath this long. In addition to that, making some effort and moving will consume more oxygen quickly too. 🙄

These dives are done on one breathe. That's why it's an amazing achievement. Most people can try this sport and perform beyond their expectations if they receive proper training.
