I love how you put together your podcasts! You are so inspiring in all the projects you do! I love it and the music 🎶 too! Thank you and have a fabulous day 😊
I had my colours done in the 1980s. I sat across from the analyst for an hour while she held hundreds of fabric swatches up next to my face. I also attended a group session after, which included info on what shapes, hair styles based on your hair type, fabric patterns, jewelery and even types of furs (😢) were best for me! Bottom line, I am a late Winter with some Spring. It really helped me because I had always chosen dull colours and neutrals. You should have seen me trying on a bright fuschia blouse in the store. I was truly giddy to see myself in the mirror!
I’m green with envy, I checked locally and no colour analysis. I’ve been concerned about online. I’m glad you had a good experience!! Thanks for sharing PS- love the midnight/swift T ❤
I guessed you were Autumn before you said it. My mom was autumn. My oldest sister is spring. I consider myself a spring/autumn. I definitely need warm colors. I’ve almost always worn gold jewelry until the last few years. Now I wear either, but I think that gold works best on my skin. If I wear gray or black against my face, I get asked if I’m sick or I think people will just want to pick out my casket 😂 How fun to do your colors!
That Weronika sweater is gorgeous! How’d do you think it go as a first ever knitted seater? I’m an experienced crocheter and have just gotten into knitting this year. Already tackled Vanilla Socks by the Crazy Sock Lady as well as a Musselburgh hat but I really want to try a sweater!
The bow front top is a completely new designer to me and l would love to have the chance to try the pattern. I haven't done very much cabling before, only fingerless gloves, so the side cable detail would also be a real treat. Thank you to Alex for offering the Weronika pattern for the prize draw.
I am a soft dark summer. Which is really close to the light autumn, but also is slightly muted winter colors. Ironically, I am like oh i have clothes in most of these colors.
I was debating buying the pattern and that side cable you showed off sealed the deal for me 🥰 would love to win a copy, but also love to support indie designers.
As someone who is on her own color and style journey. I had thought that you were an autumn. Those mustards and olives are just amazing on you. I'm always so impressed when someone looks great in a yellow. I'm a self categorized true summer. No yellows for me!
Well done! I love the color analysis idea, loved your jewelry review, and of course your knits are amazing. I can't wait to become a better knitter so I can knit some of the lovely items you knit!
I made a Tegna in Euro Kid Cotton. The pattern is great, and the finished top is a wonderful summer piece. It looks good dressed up with a skirt and dressed down with some ankle jeans. You will love it!
Hi Kaci. I love your channel and just saw your TSTee. I have never test knit before and would be interested in giving it a go. After 30 year absence from knitting sweaters I just got back into them this past winter. I knit 4 and have 2 on the needles that I need to finish before spring/summer season. We grain farm, I grow a huge garden and have a large yard to take care of so knitting, crocheting and quilting are winter projects. That being said I woukd love to test knit your TSTee but couldn't start until November. I am a 36" bust. Keep me in mind if this works for you. I live in Saskatchewan Canada!
Love your Swift-T! This would be a perfect shirt to knit up for my daughter. She loves to wear vintage clothes. I've never done a test knit before, but would love for this to be my first if you are looking for testers.
You're funny, I have told you months before, that youre an autumn person😂because, me too, and I can see, that my colors and yours are the same. And Red is always a go to color for me, but with a warm undertone 👍👌👌
I did my analysis is a warm autumn (which I kinda already knew)! Still doesn't help in the foundation matching part lol I always get matched wayyy too dark
Lovely episode! I was especially excited about your colour analysis as I treated myself to one of those just last spring and seem to match your type to a T 😅. Maybe that explains why I’ve always loved the aesthetics in your projects… Sending lots of love 😊
I love seeing all the beautiful things you are making! Many years ago I did color analysis for customers at the fabric store where I worked. Based on what I can see of your skin tone and eye color I would have guessed an Autumn. Your are a rare beauty!
Kaci, if you release that little t-sweater inspired by the one with Taylor Swift, I might just have to make it! I love those colours too. :) All my favourite colours to wear are in it. I just added the Weronika sweater to my faves too because the sleeve detail and tie are *really* lovely! Oh, (ETA) isn't there a beautiful yarn that Sonder makes that *just* about that golden caramel colour? Thank you for mentioning them recently. I had no idea about them and they're very local to me! ♥
Your Swift tee is incredible! So fun and beautiful. 😍 loved spending time with you once again.❤ also, the color analysis was very interesting. Caught myself inspecting my veins while watching. 😂😂😂
the vert.and rose, Weronika Sweater, is gorgeous! Also, your first design sweater - TS: Swifty- is adorable! So many inspirational projects -- thank you!
Thank you for the information about how to determine which colours suit you best... I have been wondering about how to determine this for myself and will look into finding a consultant!
This was an interesting episode. I'm always curious about people's colors. The Weronica sweater is beautiful and I'd love to knit it. Thanks to Aleksandra for the giveaway.
The Weronika sweater is so pretty! I loved hearing about your color analysis! I’ve also tried to determine my season on my own with similar difficulty. I see blue and green veins too and all the other things, haha. My skin isn’t as fair as yours and I have blue eyes though. Anyway, thanks for such a lovely and entertaining episode as always!
Every time I watch one of your videos, I discover something else I love. Some samples: the music, the transitions, your gorgeous makes, your general retro vibe. From this one: your Swift-ness. I would totally call that the Antihero Tee, which opens up options for you to design other T. Swift related knits.
I had to stop working on my bougie sweatshirt because family stuff and my inexperience with German short rows combined. But I will finish it, just not in time for the Kal. Which I think just ended. I have a collar me happy entry but I think I didn't post it for some reason? Eh. I should not join kals when I'm stressed 😂. I'm finishing a test knit sweater vest, too. Loving my silk pillowcase, thanks for your recommendation! ❤ I love your filming style.
The color stylist thing was big in the 80's. BTW Can u design a capelet/cowl (whatever). I would like to see it in boat neck style to wear over my spaghetti strap dresses. I think 2-3 inch overhang from top of shoulder would b great. Just FYI. I love spaghetti strap dresses until I enter AC. But if I had small over the shoulder. I don't want a shawl because I don't want to deal with their ends. I'm looking forward to ur next vid.
Thanks for this wonderful video! I've been so curious about getting my colours done. Looking forward to seeing your tomato red knit. Maybe some fingerless mitts to start with? Love the "Swifty" (if that's what you end up calling it" .
I normally knit, but I'm crocheting a summer top with Drops Bomull-Lin. I am so in love with linen and how it looks in a knit garment. I love your linen top!
GM So Happy to watch you this morning Your Swift Tee is gorgeous Excited to see it done You are such a beautiful knitter Have a great Easter 🐣 See you soon 💝😊🇨🇦
I cannot wait for you Swift Tee - its so beautifully retro. I wish those colours suited me, but as a brown summer, I will go a bit pink/brown/denim/off white for mine. Desperate for the pattern!!
Loved this podcast ❤ thanks for sharing the color analysis information ❤️🥰❤️ I have been wanting to do it 😍 your design is gorgeous and I can’t wait to see it finished 🎊 🎉❤
Wow! I’ve yet to see someone who tensions their yarn over their whole hand like me… until now! 💚 Love your vlogs. Down to earth and inspiring. 🧶 Happy Knitting!
So wonderful to catch up with you now that I'm back at home. Making me a hero with the Anti-Hero Top. I'm so ready for it. ;) Swift-Tee is a perfect name, I'd love to test this just to get it knit before she goes to the concert(s) as she's going twice with different friends-lucky lady.
Very not surprised you are an Autumn - you rock the orange, browns and greens in every vid I remember seeing. Be that “rust chic”! - from jealous, baby pastels person.
I love how you put together your podcasts! You are so inspiring in all the projects you do! I love it and the music 🎶 too! Thank you and have a fabulous day 😊

Just looking at you with your hair and eyebrow color, I would think you are warm autumn. Green, gold, rust, orange
