breakfast is carbohydrates mainly how is that healthy
it also has protein and healthy fats from the avocado - and fruit and veg is very good for you if you have it in medium amounts
@@leapjumpsoar8049 her amounts in the videos are definitely not moderate at all that's what I'm saying plus proteins from avocados are too little she's depending on mainly carbohydrates in her nutrition and that's not healthy at all even if it's from fruits and vegies
@mai ahmed who said you need a lot of protein? Americans are never deficient in protein. Too much protein harms the liver. Don't believe the pushers of the SAD (standard American diet). Antioxidants, vitamins, fiber and minerals are more important than protein
@@stellaadler120 she's not having her daily requirement of it though that's not healthy either to depend on carbohydrates only
