Great video but I chuckled that it was video about walleye lures but then you caught more of a mixed bag. Either way, looks like you had a good time out on the river!
I live near LaCrosse and have always been a bass fisherman. But this year going for more Walleye and perch. I have a couple rods set up with a hair jig on one and a Vrod on another. A third rod with a small jig and plastic for finicky fish. Question is do you use a clip on the Vrod or tie direct? I have heard both but want your opinion. Thank You.
My favorite way to catch walleyes are definitely hair jigs. Purple/chartreuse combo colors are my favorite

That’s why I said it’s still early use then tactics in a couple weeks.
Were you out today? I was out there, and the bite was slow. Also caught a 3lb smallie.

I’d use a clip but no need for a swivel.
