Al’s Toggery was a men’s clothing store, Father and Sons was a shoe store. Kresge’s and Woolworth’s were 2 different stores known as ‘5&10’ stores. The original name of Four Sons pizza was indeed Father and Sons until the dad died and the four sons continued the business and changed the name (another outlet was down on Front Street).

@@_Dennis2Society215 It's all a sham to steal our "Golden Cities" and History. All these people got scholarships from the UN and associated fronts, Now they are called to pay back. Pay Back for them is maintain Calm while they destroy , and take over a city. When It looks worse, a few more fires etc, BLACKROCK is going to buy whole blocks for $1 million..Then they will build 5000 apartments on that block, and Rent will be $1000 for a studio..BUT , you must sign up to a climate pledge , and become a UN WORLD CITIZEN and deny US Citizenship. Take any Vx they say, Shut off money for speech, NO GUNS..No Car. Rent an E Bike, But only for the 15 min zone.. This is DUE by 2030..They are in Express mode.. I went to Pharmacy school in West Philly before I went on to get my Master's and PhD. in Chemical Engineering and I have never seen Philly so clean. I remember what it was right before the huge cleanup. I remember when I would visit friends that lived down there and people would run up to your car and you had to keep your windows up or someone would throw something in and then say you owed them money. Scary times. I believe you were talking about those times. I had a couple friends who were undercover cops back then . They were scarier than anyone I could think of....lol

Summer is here, all it takes is one 90 degree in the shade type weather and they will all return!!!! These people are down and out, they will return to what they know and the drug dealers know this.

Now Kensington looks like its booming. The stores that aren't boarded up have their steel gates locked. You know things are really dismal when even the bars close down. 15:43 It looks slightly less dirty, but its still Filthydelphia.
