    To be fair both played pretty well, but Jarla had brutal counters like big nail to the coffin. GG indeed

    It’s such a let down when the players draw crazy cards or a crazy minion it’s summoned on the board but the casters just keep talking about something else. It’s like watching a soccer game and right when someone scores a goal the caster is just talking about the possible strategies available. It completely kills the excitement when watching a tournament. You guys need to be a bit better at knowing when to pause your train of thought to draw attention to the moment on hand.

      Hey, you know how awkward it would be if a caster pause in the middle of a sentence and immediately talk about something that just happened??? We don't do that here. We talk in smooth, full sentences.

      @@JackIsNotInTheBox they do this in a ton of other games, r6, rocket league, etc, and it works just fine. Hearthstone is literally the only game the casters absolutely want to finish what they have in mind, and I agree that it kills the excitement

      I like that they ussually have 1 excited caster for the average player and 1 caster who understands the game well. Its endearing to hear the excitement of the newer player talking about some nonsense combo for the lulz and just hearing kibler in the back like right but he has lethal. I dont know the new girls name, I havent been watching as frequently but she is doing an excellent job

    Total noob qjestion:
    Is using acdeck only containing golden cards that prestitious? Would it hurt the credibility to use non-golden ones?

    • @crazyalex03

      A golden deck just means he has a lot of money to spend on HS and it also looks cool

      I think for hearthstone tournaments blizzard gives the players unlimited dust to craft what they need for their decks, so everyone has all golden cards

    Dude I don't like the way Jarla drug out the picks with Eleysiana when his opponent had no chance. It seemed rude to me imho. They've both been on a grueling Road for this moment and you should show respect for one another, especially with Thijs recently getting out of the hospital. I don't usually Grill people over the internet but I'm disappointed how he responded. You aren't supposed to BM when you're winning something like this. There are other ways to celebrate your victory than shoving it in your opponent's face. Especially once again when his opponent because of his hospitalization didn't even get the chance to properly prepare for the match! The guy is a good player but I hope he demonstrates good sportsmanship in the future to acknowledge everyone's effort and time to get to these top levels.

    • @Sirkento
      @Sirkento 4 роки тому +5

      I will add one small disclaimer, maybe he just felt it was necessary after so long playing the game to make sure there was no way to lose. He could have just been completely in the zone and it's entirely possible that it was not intentional bad sportsmanship. I'll give him that but I'd be a lot happier to hear him say it. You casters can weigh in on this too if you want but it felt really unnecessary

      I agree with you. Thijs needs to stick to his streaming and his tea. Having a full course meal while streaming so everyone can hear him chewing for 30 minutes.
