...so how are you doing? You're moving away from the cancer diagnosis to this without an emotional pacifier 🙃

😄 thank you for your concern! There’s not much new to say about the cancer diagnosis, I’m still waiting for the operation, taking time to process and practicing what I talked about in the last video 🙂.

So personally I do not have shame for my inaction, I have anger towards my lack of acceptance. I spoke to my therapist about this yesterday & the quote I gave that summed it up best was people metaphorically telling me, "You are not what we are looking for." I do not regret my actions ever, but I have anger around people's lack of acceptance of me.

Definitely relatable. I get annoyed all the time over this. People would rather have their status than their humanity. They can’t be seen with someone who isn’t a nice accessory to them. How are you doing now?

@niallblackburn8160 I'm in the same place, but some things are different. I've been making a more genuine effort in the next steps of pursuing my dreams, & I feel a little bit better about recent events. However I'm still at that place where I feel like 90% of the reason where I'm at is because of other people.

@@Yrrej8611 I’m pretty much in the same place now. First small steps, but still a bit bitter and ruminating over it. Hope everything shakes out better this time for ya

What are creative ways to change your narrative and lens from a first party pov? Briefly heard about journal scripting 'imagine what a better self is like in 3 months time' (unsure about this wrote down before). Also hears about IFS (diff personality characteristics as a character).
Felt like the bridge modality is missing to make it appealing...(do notice sometimes am noticing current 3D problems or situations and cant do that) Can people share what works for them please? Tyvm in advance!

I like your idea of inviting others to share what works for them in the comments! Also, you might find this video helpful about the characteristics of the authentic self - characteristics we can aspire to make more room for in our lives: This Is What Your Authentic Self Is Like | Learning To Be Your Authentic Self ua-cam.com/video/b0UtqrA3ABw/v-deo.html

That makes sense to me that you‘re hoping you graduate this year, I‘ll keep my fingers crossed! And I hope you‘ll find ways to step out of this worry loop, too, during this time of waiting ❤️ All the best to you during this time!
